Reaction to Entain update
Best bit is they come across very positive on the future.......
"Expect a stronger performance in H2 across all business units, supported by the higher order book"
I presume it means if they agreed to give them £30m in equity (random number), they will give them c7m shares priced at £4.25, as opposed to 13m shares based on today's price of £2.30?
Hi evanescent. I understand what you mean but I think they are correct. The raise for the sfo fine was completed prior to 31st December hence the benefit of the raise was built into the net debt at 31st December. Only the outflow for payment occurred in this particular quarter.
I thought the update sounded very positive. We have legacy headwinds to deal with in h1 but they spund very optimistic on order intakes in h2.
I suspect we will get some juicy orders over the next 6 to 18 months
Thanks damofarl. I think you could be right. Maybe even $160m. Cash generation here is huge
That is some level of receipts in q2. Over $60m on this payment alone.
Net cash must be huge at end of June. Does anyone have any estimates?
How long before they are telling us its oversubscribed? Shocking....huge loss of shareholder value and a churn of shares for months. Not a happy holder
Entain and flutter have been hit nowhere near as much as 888. The narket clearly doesn't like the WH acquisition or related debt
This is dreadful...non stop decline!
Thanks Phrontist. I hope you are right. Will be good to get back towards a sensible valuation here
Phrontist....I'm hoping you also meant £4 and not 4p ??
Not sure if this has been posted...some commentary on Exxon

Yes it's my understanding we are fully benefitting from the high oil price but are paying a small premium to protect from downside below strike price. We should be coining it in at these prices.
Didnt realise this went x divi again yesterday. It's like a cash machine this share
Not sure if people have seen this. This suggests if it isn't sold to Seplat it wont be sold at all. I reckon Exxon are not happy. Not great when attempting to attract investment into the Nigeria

Good post SeaTank. I wont be selling either. The SP reaction over yesterday / today also demonstrates how little is in the price for this deal.
Rns out confirming letters received and confident be resolved. Holding MPNU to ransom over retaining those assets is not a great strategy if you truly want to maximize the benefit from them

It was worth £1.50 + without the deal hence I'm staying put!
Oil up 8% and this down 7% after a huge acquisition at bargain price?......
Hi herminator. Not sure but I cant believe the price is still where it is. We also have 17 to 20k net production to add on from the anoh gas project in june /July of this year. We will generate staggering levels of cash. Looking forward to huge capital and dividend growth here
