I'm not sure how to post on your chat board?
Maybe it's best if you listen to the CEO himself on the latest V O X podcast?
He outlines pretty much everything so far about this company to date and his vision to where he wants to take it.
Important factors for me is he has skin in the game and is aligned with shareholders.
Prior to the recent CR it was 51%.
Also his track record, a quarter shareholder of SaTV, the first satellite TV company that Rupert Murdoch bought out.
It's my opinion that this company will succeed due to his reach and connections.
The company is profit making too.
As DC says, he liked the concept so much he bought it.

DC is 61, was semi retired as such. Has gone full steam ahead to get this done and dusted and put his feet up.

I'm sure you know the score here. LeMajor has also picked up on it, someone would need a very big holding to acquire 100M under the rights issue.
So DW said it as an illustration?
He said it for a sales pitch, same as his "I'm not rich I have to buy my shares" comment.
Can't blame him, he needs to promote the rights issue, but I think he could have chosen his words more wisely.
Those that have taken up their allocation, my respect for supporting the company.

The 100 million shares wasn't a figure I plucked out of thin air.
I believe it was used by DW in response to the question of why someone should take up the rights issue?
So who holds enough to be able to buy 100M because I happen to agree with him? If you wanted that amount you wouldn't get them for a quid.

Moving forward, we have some very interesting meetings lined up in Seoul tomorrow and Wednesday. Then we go to China on Thursday and Japan on Friday. It is beautiful weather out here and so we are looking forward to a great week ahead.

This week I am in South Korea. My first stop was Jeju, where I visited Soho bricks Brick Campus which I must say is very impressive. This evening I am meeting with the Korean team to get an update on the recently opened CENTRES in Hanwha Resort GuoJe and Hilton Hotel Gyeongju. Both of these spaces reflect the developments of BRICKLIVE in this region – with new designs, new content and the drive for innovation. I have no doubt that there will be some exciting developments to come. The team work hard in driving development with every opportunity – and believe me we do not lack in opportunities.

The price on ASX is moving between 1.8c and 1.9c.
Therefore it will show as 5% movement either way.
Very little difference to here. What you don't want is a 1.7c finish, then AIM might follow.
Although that might provoke more buying.

The interesting thing about Bright Bricks is they have Duncan Titchmarsh.
He is a Lego Certified Professional, and according to the Lego website (may be out of date) there are only 16 LCPs worldwide.
I don't think Merlin have a builder of his credentials.

I takeover by a much bigger company appears to be the Holy Grail on AIM.
Lots of small Mcaps in the resource sector set this as their goal. Of course, they have to drill their resource and prove it up first and hope its commercial enough to interest a Major.
LVCG are already profitable, and they have just acquired a profitable company in Bright Bricks.
We haven't even been listed a 12 month yet.
I'm certain we have already come to the attention of bigger players.
An exciting, although different stock, to be invested in.
