Brom, I wasn't the one that raised the topic.
But due to the fact I'm employed in the industry I was able to add to it.
It gives me no pleasure in stating that Major Car Manufacturers are changing their strategy.
As for invested here, I've been transparent.
Farm out has been promised year end. If that doesn't materialise it could be perceived by the market as a delay.
None of us know the market reaction. It may not react negatively at all, but until said announcement I watch and wait.

Isn't it strange that when someone posts something about the car industry changing the forum gets all defensive.
As for the truth, GM are indeed closing plants.
Ford? Just rumours for now.
But like I said, it makes little difference if 88e manages to get its resource out of the ground.

General Motors shutting down factories in the USA.
Ford will do the same in Europe.
They are shifting their strategy.
The Industry is changing.

Will a Nomad want to be involved?
Zorbas and Hogan officially have £125K each in this.
The new NED holds 17M, price paid unknown?
Will they hold to the bitter end?
Do you believe they have watched their profit erode from 0.7p this time last year to new lows?
This is not a new scenario, the same happened at NYO, now delisted, Zorbas and Hogan involved (unofficially).
Where are the long overdue Native permits?
Can you afford to lose it all? Will you sleep at night?
Why isn't the company addressing shareholders concerns?

I hope this isn't viewed as scaremongering.

This was 80p when the placing was announced.
And its my opinion that it was taken down to 80p due to speculation of a placing.
The raise wasn't to keep the lights on, or to pay the BODs wages, it was to aquire a profit making company!
Anything sub 65p I view as easily a profitable purchase.

You're hoping for a 20% drop?
The price dropped briefly last week due to a seller, but even so, only £950 was available at 44p before it bounced.
Obviously can't predict SP movement but for this to fall to that level it would need a bigger seller or bad news in my opinion.

I met the BOD last Friday. Yes I'm confident.
Market is very hard at the moment, everywhere sentiment is low.
I could go chasing a spike I suppose but that is fraught with danger. I believe my money, considering this is AIM, is in a good place. After all, this is a profit making company ;)

Without a doubt you should look at David Ciclitira.
He was a quarter shareholder in SaTV, the original satellite television company. Bought out by SKY.
There are other Lego events around the world. We can't claim to be unique. But what is different is DC.
Due to his connections he has managed to get a Microsoft director as a NED, Livenation as a promoter and a partnership with Prince Albert of Monaco.
His goal is to build and sell.
He has the credentials to achieve it. Minimum target price £4.

Stephen Reid gets 20% of Bricklive Education for his services.

Bailed at 1.2p.
Half went into NYO which delisted. Salvaged some but lost £21K. Guess who was behind that nonsense?
Started to recoup losses in ANR but bailed at a loss there too.
Same theme, same people involved.
Made some money on MRS but was in close to the bottom last year.
Have now turned to what I believe is a safe have with no crooks. Have met with the BOD twice.
A different type of investment that has also taken a recent battering but I see little risk now.
I need it to multi bag to return my losses but at least I now sleep at night.

One of the disappointing things here is when myself and others tried to caution here, we were shouted down.
I had a post removed because it stated what Zorbas was capable of.
I can assure you, I had no intention of hurting people's investment here. But the truth needed to be told.
I put over £70K in here with an average of near 3p.
And I had averaged down!!!
Zorbas and Hogan drove this price down deliberately.
They ramped everyone in, stories of Gazprom and Lithium deals.
Cost reduction due to acid leaching.
All nonsense!
The plan was to rinse and repeat below 1p.
It hasn't happened and they've allowed this to die.
I sincerely hope they do jail time for the financial, and emotional damage they have caused myself, and my mates.

AIM is difficult enough without a con man like Zorbas operating in it, supported by his sycophants.
Very big money has been lost by people holding Zorbas stock.
The damage, in my opinion, is irreparable.

I started buying in the High 30s, added all the way up to the 80s.
Have continued to build when funds allow.
It's been an awful drop, AIM is a dreadful place at the moment.
I would like to think my money is safe here.

I must admit the subtle deramping is getting a tad tedious by some now.
The markets are very tough at the moment and lots of stocks are taking a hit.
We have had a brutal drop and it's very easy for someone to pop up, especially when we are near the bottom, and peddle a bit of scaremongering.
I'm not saying everything should be viewed with rose tinted glasses, but to raise the question of the loan, weeks after it was announced seems a bit odd to me.
Anyway, the 40s made a brief appearance yesterday, didn't last long though.
Lots of appetite at that price, I wonder if the MMs will try it again?
Sadly I couldn't take advantage even though I'm trying my best to get more.

Anyone would think the 65p placing (a 30% gain from here) was to fund a high risk drill, or keep the lights on, or to fund a lifestyle CEO.
It appears AIM investors feel more comfortable chucking their hard earned at those plays instead of at a profit making company :)))

Just a thought, have you emailed our CEO with your concerns?
Maybe there is a perfectly legitimate reason for the lack of figures at this stage?
Perhaps the Nomad is blocking such info?

PR is excellent and news is regular.
Twice within 4 months ive had the privilege of meeting the BOD and air my questions.
Im holding, my only concern. i dont hold enough.
