I can't recall anybody attacking the company?
On the contrary, everyone seems to be scratching their heads as to why the price isn't higher.
Therefore people will speculate, look for reasons why this has dropped from 10p last Xmas to 5p now.
Links to other poor performing shares can be, and have been made.
Of course everyone hopes MRS is different, a bona fide company so to speak.
As for Zorbas owning shares means absolutely jack sh#t as far as I'm concerned. He holds 13.8% of ANR which is a dog. His holding in just over a year has gone from £125K, to £1.5M and all the way back down to £170K.
I stand by my opinion, get rid of him and sentiment will change and the SP will improve.
Hopefully the forward statement will come sooner than later and clear up any uncertainty.

Ah, but apparently they haven't sold.
Thats not to say they weren't trading on the side.
Probably made a load on the way up to 0.7p before shorting it back down.
Just like at URU.
Their original shares probably remain intact, hence being able to call for a change?

After losing 80% of my PF to Zorbas stock it does sometimes feel as if I've aged 100 years lol

Taking a high of 0.75, their £125K was worth £1.5M.
Todays worth, £170K.
Of course, they both still hold.

With the recent RNS being sketchy, the lack of communication from the BOD and the involvement of Zorbas many are looking at MRS and interpreting red flags.
This is something the BOD should recognise.
They should also have released their forward looking statement within the last RNS.
This could have, should have prevented a drop in SP and assured holders that everything is going to plan.

Can be bothered to work it out exactly but what is Hogans and Zorbas averages here?
Can't be sitting on much profit now considering their 0.05p £105K purchases were worth how much?
Over a million quid each?
So who believes this ace trader has sat back and done nothing and watch all that money slip away?
Worth noting he bought MRS at around 3.2p too, which hit 10p last Xmas and now down to 5p.
But of course, they haven't sold one single share ;)

In URU he raised at 0.4p, then weeks later raised at 4p on the pretence of funding a lithium resource.
There was no lithium.
He also misled his shareholders, they believed drilling was in progress and were waiting results. What he actually released was news that drilling hadn't even started.
It was over 3p at the time and being ramped very hard.
The SP is now 0.2p.

ANR he holds 13.8%. SP last year hit 0.75p, again after being ramped very hard.
It's now 0.1p. More jam.

Hence shareholders concerns regarding his involvement.

I honestly think, if he was removed this would make its way back to 10p.

Disagree with you on price of oil.
It has affected most oilers, so is relevant to a degree, although 88e has held its own, especially with the 1p raise.

I also disagree about volume.
If it picks up significantly before news then I would suspect a leak.

I would hazard a guess that most of his posts are factual.

If you lot are going to shout people down, then aim it at the rampers who keep spouting ridiculous SP predictions, and that Ice2 would flow and abuse anyone that raises a concern.
I even read on here during Ice2 updates that DW had communicated via email that everything was on track.
Someone was lying. It wasn't Brom.
If you're going to be wary of anyone, then it should be Dave Wall. He's made the promises, he's the one that has to deliver or there is no value here.

Quite right Brom, the clever rampers attack those that point out things might not be going so well, or report sells as buys, or state Ice2 will flow at 150 and DW has communicated via email that everything is on track.

One could argue that's the norm on AIM?
Personally I think the price has held its own, especially since the markets are absolutely dire at the moment.
Will the SP go lower? Possibly. Especially if he doesn't announce a deal before year end it could drift.
Thats the short term risk for me.
But surely, at some point, this will see the placing price again?
Tough times all round, hopefully I'm out of AIM next year with no loss. Maybe 88e can play a part?

And the irony of that non binding MOU is Hogan ramped everyone into this saying the Chinese were putting £5M straight into ANR bank account.
Or was it £10M? Hard to keep up with the lies.

Also worth noting that the last move Hogan made against someone, the Nomad at NYO from memory, ended very badly.
