Yesterday I had to correct someone who stated a company had a duty to update it's English shareholders.
All about the mind set.

English or British?
Second time in two days I've had to point out there are other nations on our island.
I've yet to see anybody pass through customs with an English passport.
Sometimes I think I'm surrounded by Yanks ffs!

Hogan held 15% of NYO that delisted, he wouldn't have lost a penny.

With sells going through at 60 by my calculations Hogan and Zorbas (assuming they still hold their full allocation) are, like the coal, underwater.
I also reckon they must be the only ones that had any chance of being in profit due to their first placing tranche.
The question is, will it bounce from these lows?

Nyo delisted, they bailed before the event though.

Nice start to the year, abusing someone that posts a factual historical price action who has just pointed out there is possibly good money to be made from here.

In 2017 Dave Wall personally told me if I remained invested throughout 2018 he would pay for my house. The SP at the time was approximately 2.7p.
Looking back, with hindsight, for a MD of a company to make such a claim was at best misplaced, at worst disingenuous.
But still the ramps about the HRZ continue.
It's been a difficult year all round, I've said it many times forums should be used to help each other.
The mocking of those advising caution during Ice2 updates was unnecessary and out of order. I have little tolerance for their like anymore.

But here's to 2019, a better year we hope, surely it can't be any worse and maybe, just maybe Dave Wall can deliver.

I actually believe it's an oversight.
It's not the first either, there was a time when their amount of shares were incorrect but their percentage was correct.
So as it stands, Hogan 13.8%, Hales 1% and Lyths 0.2% add up to 15%.
Does anybody know how much Hales paid for his shares?
And why hasn't Zorbas thrown his 13.8% behind them?

Didn't lose a packet on this. But I did sell at a loss, thankfully recouped that loss.
If I had continued to hold however I could have been wiped out.
10s of thousands of pounds.
I have a mate who's losses are 100s of thousands.
These losses were incurred on Hogan/Zorbas stocks, we held and we were lied to.
Now it's not my intention to hurt your investment, and you are correct, most people walk away.
But I hate the fact that others will get burnt, it is why I draw attention to the red flags.
As for the title of this thread, why was it left to me to point out that there is a discrepancy (if I've read it correctly) in Nick Lyths holding?

I spent quite a bit of time chasing the share register around a year ago.
My concern, which I made quite clear to Leander, (the only route open to me) was there was a seller.
I would get the usual response. Check AIM rule 26, Hogan maintains he still holds, people sell for a variety of reasons blah blah blah.
As a holder I made it my business.
I'm pretty sure if I chased now I would get the same response.
They haven't sold any.
Total nonsense.
It is the major shareholders duty to notify the company of any trades they undertake.
However, they are not obliged to do so........

Anyone that believes Hogan and Zorbas watched their £125K investment hit £1.5 Million and retrace all the way back without selling a share are deluded.
Hogan was also buying MRS at under 3p. It hit 10p before retracing.
He has recently stated these are the only 2 shares he holds (bo##ox I know) but if they were he hasn't made any money from them.
I find that very very hard to believe.

I think he lost them, around about the time he threw his toy out the pram when it was mentioned the SP would tank if he didn't get the permits for drilling ;)

It should either be 5300 or 1300.

Any reason it says he only holds 1.3M?

Just pointing out some facts.
The last time Hogan tried to initiate something like this was in NYO. That ended well, not! Delisted.
Oh, and he bailed whilst telling everyone to hold.
The only frustration I feel is people are still taken in by his nonsense and are losing money.
Thankfully I took his advice in the summer.
