Historically this has always bounced.
Once the rights issue is sorted, hopefully to the markets liking, and with news flow leading towards Q1, I would like to think good money will be made for everyone buying at this level.

It's been a brutal drop. AIM at its very worst.
Like most I presume, will be glad to see the back of it.
Timing, with a heavy dose of good fortune is the key.

I'm happy to keep an open mind.
My gut feeling is they will get lower, it's just the nature of the beast. I would expect them to drive a hard bargain.
However, you can't dismiss the fact this hasn't been taken down lower, especially this week.
The MMs have dropped some stock on nothing today, but not here?
Just giving my musings as to why that's all.

The last three months have witnessed a series of major coups for the LIVE COMPANY GROUP.
The final one - the acquisition of BRIGHT BRICKS- has and will have the most significant impact on our company to date. BRIGHT BRICKS offers amazing opportunities for our Group. It will not only provide additional revenues to LVCG but fit into our global network which has already started selling BRIGHT BRICKS’ products.

Moving forward, tomorrow I set off for a ten day trip round Korea China and Japan. Meetings have already been set up in all three countries where we will be introducing BRIGHT BRICKS to partners, with the aim of concluding new business before the year end.

I also wanted to use this opportunity to talk about share price, which several shareholders have written to me about. The last few days have seen, as with the rest of the market, our share price move downwards from the highs of the summer. Obviously I cannot be specific but I would like to say that our combined businesses are already integrating and that I feel certain that amazing things are about to happen. I will be updating you all next week, so you can follow me on my travels to Asia and to new business.

Well this appears to have escaped the carnage elsewhere and seems to be holding its own.
Could it be that the Institutional Investors may well be in at 1p?
Might be why this hasn't taken a bigger hit today, time will tell.

Yes Brom thank you, she's doing very well.
Not sure anybody will be flying first class with this market.
Hopefully investors returned cash from Beaufort will give a much needed boost.

No Brom, what I'm saying is thank you to Jiddy and HH for clarifying that everyone can buy at the same price of 1p, rather than at the discount the Institutional investors got last time.
The price did not reach 2p for private investors if I recall?

Now if you want some positive spin, the AIM market is looking pretty ropey.
Dropped over 90 points over a number of days, around 8%.
88e however, has remained stable, relatively unscathed.

I did fail O level maths though so might not have made much difference.

I won't be asking DW what price he will get if there is a shortfall because he won't be able to answer.
He wants 1p, that doesn't mean he will get it.
Unfortunately this is how AIM operates, the shenanigans surrounding Brokers, Institutional Investors and the Market is something I have encountered and learnt from this last 2 weeks.
I'm happy to pass on past experiences, good or bad, to help others.
I was under the impression this is what these forums are for.
I have stated more than once, the last to raises here the SP did not retrace to placing price.
This is different, and it's worth discussing, even if it is a negative.

Currently at 15% discount to 1.15p.
But what happens if there is a shortfall and the SP is below 1p?
Have the Institutional Investors already committed to taking up their allocation at 1p?
If they have, buying in now is a good entry, this might be the floor.
It's called debate, putting out scenarios that might help others.

I did ask yesterday if someone could respond without the petty insults.
Could somebody please give me a reason why institutional investors would pay the same as everyone else when they are used to having a discount?
DW expects a shortfall on the rights issue take up, it's in the RNS!
If people need to average down, they want the best entry, why isnt this forum helping each other?

It's not negative, it's not deramping, it's a genuine question with regard to the current situation.

It's currently under 1p to buy, although I admit I don't know the limits.
The company has planned for a shortfall, which is offering a placing to Institutional investors.
With the price as it is DW is not in a position of strength.
They will want a discount to market price, at least 15%.
Happy to listen to an alternative take without the usual abusive naysayer, neptunian deramper nonsense.

Would Institutional Investors be interested with the Mcap being £54M?
I know it does happen but isn't the norm nearer £100M?

It's not nice being underwater, AIM is particularly tough at the moment.
Money to return to the markets soon will hopefully improve things.

Appears that some wanted in cheaper and have got their wish.
The positive out of all this, is we have more sticky holders, and the acquisition will lead to accelerated growth.
Very frustrating, lots have averaged up recently and those buys are now underwater, but I'm sure true value will win out.
Currently 62p to buy. It's been NT to sell any amount but can now get quotes so hopefully the bottom is in.

That's spooky, it's coming up to the anniversary of the major shareholders being gifted their shares at 0.05p. Worth £210K.

Evening Lefty, yes the missus is winning, now in remission and has started back working from home. Not allowed in the office until the new year. Fingers crossed for a long remission.
