RE: further to its announcements24 Sep 2020 09:42
Here's something to ponder.
The Company has consistently said that Builds become profitable very quickly. Of course that relies on bookings.
Covid put a hold on rentals but 23 out of 24 events postponed.
This shows appetite and ongoing demand.
New customers turn into repeat customers.
In 2017 The Brick Safari set was launched at Marwell Zoo.
That set has been rented out a further 8 times, a total of 26 months.
I think it's fair to assume its a profitable set.
This is what the company aims to achieve and over time every set will bring in the money.
Marwell Zoo, where you could argue this all kicked off (Wildlife Trust already had our trails) have since hired Brickosaurs and currently host the Supersized build.
Basically, build to meet demand, rent them out, wait for profit.
