He would have needed shareholder approval to exceed it.

I don't mind negative outlooks.
In fact I think they are very important.
My reasoning is that AIM tends to see a bigger reaction to negatives than positives.
The problem comes when those with a negative viewpoint conduct themselves in a certain way.
Their message is lost, which is a shame.
And of course, holders rarely talk down their own book.

Reaper I agree, it's not a given it will retrace to placing price.
It didn't at the 2p placing, it was results that brought it lower.
If it does get to 0.33 I'm in for some looking for 20% return.
Have heard there was big demand for the Placing which begs the question, why didn't he play the oversubscribed card?
