Similar situation to what Logp are facing I think.
Irish Government not signing any new permits but honouring existing ones.
But with AIM doing what it does best, any uncertainty and the SP crashes.
For the time being, for both Logp and 88e, clarification that permits wont be affected can't come quickly enough.
For the more risk adverse amongst us this could be a very lucrative scenario.
Good news sees 50% return?

Was unable to buy any at 12.5 for a long period. Now there's some available. Bid has ticked up a tad too so not as bad today as first feared.
Hopefully it holds.

I could give you a history lesson but it's not pretty.
However, just over 5 years ago Icewine 1 hit target depth, the SP was approximately 0.4p having just hit a low of 0.3p.
By April it was 4p before an independent report scuppered things somewhat.
Lets hope for another historic 12 week run eh?

Quite right, absolutely can't be a 1 trick pony.
Which begs the question, why did everyone invest over 5 years ago when 88e only had less than 100K acres and the HRZ with its vapour phase and super highways to aim for?

Mixed views on this announcement.
More land acquired to increase chance of commercial oil seems sensible.
However, this has been the strategy for 5 years with no commercial oil found.
Can understand the "jam tomorrow" comment and the first thought of the more cynical here(me) was how many more years does that keep Wall in his extremely well paid position?

rodrod, if you are of the belief that an Ozzy MD operating a small Mcap junior explorer doesn't take advantage of the peaks and troughs then you might want to have a rethink.

Last trade on Warsaw shows Mcap at 293M PLN.
Its slowly rising.

Convertible Loan Note Facility Extension

The Company announces that the repayment term of the remaining Convertible Loan Notes (CLN) facility as first announced on 31 December 2019 has been extended by a further 12 months to 31 December 2021. The remainder of the terms including those governing convertibility and interest remain unchanged. The Company drew down US$1.7 million from the CLN facility and the balance of the CLN outstanding is approximately US$ 274,000, which is convertible into ordinary shares of the Company at 4.5 pence per share.

Some people make up any nonsense to convince themselves (and others) a project will be a success.
Although a single coin toss is more apt. Drills are either successful, or they're not.

There is a saying used by some investors "story at price".
It would be foolish to dismiss past history, however, you need to look at the present.
And at this Mcap, with big positions being taken, today's update and near term news I think the story at this price is very compelling.

I think some folk misinterpreted today's Tr1s. Dilution rather than selling.
Someone buying then selling 450k shares either side of the Richard Sneller notification.
And now after hours another 10% holding acquired.
Bodes well.

Hi Diggit, has been a battle ever since the Zorbas/Hogan escapade tbh.
Did recover to some extent but had my pants fully pulled down elsewhere. My own fault, didn't bank profit and watched it slip away and more.
Hopefully KRS will help recoup losses.
As someone stated earlier, would the BOD throw in more of their cash if they weren't confident of getting the Togo licence?

Maybe this news was holding the SP down?
Now it's out of the way and possible Togo news due we could see a lift in Q1.

Lots and lots of words just to say if the market likes the next drill result the price will go up, if it doesn't the price will go down.
Once again a binary play, with hopefully a rising SP towards Spud or Target Depth.
Current trend appears down, maybe people going to cash at Xmas.
Under 0.4 a speculative buy hopefully goes higher in Q1.

Sadly another case of sell on news which is increasingly becoming the norm on AIM.
Those buying bellow 0.65 yesterday happy to offload at 0.75p at 8.00am.
Now no sell quote at 0.7p.
Need the herd to arrive to clear out the sellers.
