Earlier this year the expectation was that news would push the SP higher.
When that didn't happen people questioned what was holding back the SP.
We found out in March.
Same scenario recently.
Nice contracts and a successful NFT drop.
No movement in SP, we found out why last week.
So here we are, the ASK almost at the point where buyers will see a 10% return if this goes back to 0.18.
Will it go lower? Probably.
But, we are entering a news rich period according to Epstein.
Several pieces of news this month.
Mexico World Cup NFT drop.
Another Pumas drop.
New deals.
And this time, no Placing worries.
Placees will exit of course, if they haven't already.
So regardless of price, could this actually be as good a time as any to buy MOS?
That's about the best I can come up with for a bull case.
The caveat of course, is its reliant on Epstein being true to his word.

I've lost count the number of times I've read those recent comments from Epstein.
The strongest position ever for the company no less.
Anyone know the all time low for the SP?

And he is so confident he backed his conviction to the grand sum of £11K.
Some of his BOD really upped their ante though, putting in £5K.

We have 2 agencies, paid £500K in shares to close out these deals and act as support in Mexico.
What other organisations have to be paid?

OK, so they needed cash behind them to secure the deals.
But the upfront costs are nowhere near the £1.8M in the bank.
In fact, revenue from LiveScores and IGS easily cover any outlay, especially if worse case scenario for Pumas deal is $310K over 3 years.
Or, are these deals costing more than we are aware of, hence the need for more money to secure contracts?

15% below Placing price is fairly normal.
The problem we face is the SP refused to stay above the last Placing price.
Obviously MOS is not a retail favourite where the herd will arrive and bail us out.
We have to rely on solid news, no grey areas, and I'm not sure Epstein is capable of delivering such a RNS.

It's been 5 days since the official Mexican Football Twitter account tweeted their NFTs are due to drop.
Squad announcement should be announced before next weekend.
If the first drop will include players we will have to wait until then I suppose.
Although it wouldn't surprise me if Epstein managed to include players that don't make the squad.
Perhaps they could do a drop that didn't include players?
Whatever they decide the clock is ticking, SP is already drifting and next news will more than likely create a liquidity event for recent buyers to exit.

It's not difficult to work out what approximate average is of the stock he's bought since March.

City holds 2 million shares.
That's £360K worth.
£200K has been put in since the 0.3p Placing in March.
If this ever gets back to 0.5p it means he's sat on £1M worth of MOS shares.
Given the BODs favourite pastime appears to be throwing about confetti with warrants, I know what I would be looking to do at 0.5p.

Brighty, with due respect it makes absolutely no difference how many shares somebody holds.
In fact, if you think just because someone holds loads their opinion is the correct one, you might want to have a rethink.
Balance and objectivity goes out the window where big shareholders are concerned.

Approximately £73K added by our Tr1 holder.
Unfortunately he's been slightly diluted from his 5% holding.
But there's no doubt he has put Epstein and Burton to shame with his continual financial support.
They don't deserve his support in my opinion, but it's most welcome.
I make that close to £200K since March he's invested here.
They really do need to take a good long hard look at themselves.

Doubt we will ever learn the truth but it's clear any JV between the two has hit a brick wall.
Terms are either unacceptable for one, or both.
Epstein was in London meeting Gfin in April according to our Tr1 holder.
At the first sign of any nonsense from Gfin he should have pulled our money out.
There wouldn't have been any loss because Gfin was trading above Placing price. And we hold warrants.
£250K+ sitting in our account.
Didn't we just have to do a 33% discounted Placing because we were vulnerable?
Did NB say he was happy to get an extra £600K so he could invest it?
Scary isn't it.
But don't worry, with 40 years experience he's been involved in loads of fund raises......

Finished the season in 2nd place.
Just the one loss.
Good sentiment so NFTs might do well.

Advn is a children's playground, a platform frequented by keyboard warriors, trolls and shorters.
Sadly, folk get sucked in and engage when they shouldn't.
It's reputation precedes itself.
But Epstein and NB have made it very easy for any negative poster to sit on their high horse and the damage might never be repaired.

Fanzine allegedly has a reach of 3 million fans which grows every month (their claim not mine).
Access to 41 UK based football teams. I counted 40 but that's being a tad pedantic.
A platform for other sports too but no specific teams.
Cricket is mentioned in our RNS.
But didn't Epstein state on Thursday that no plans for Cricket?
5 football teams are mentioned in our RNS, all with a huge fan base. Arsenal, Spurs, Man U, Liverpool and Celtic.
I'm assuming Epstein decided on which teams would have the most rampy effect.
Fanzine founder is an Arsenal fan.
They are currently top of the league.
Spurs are 3rd.
Celtic are playing in the Champions League.
Where's the NFTs?

He told us no dilution was needed to acquire Krunch.
Growth would come from revenues.
After smashing us with a 0.3p Placing he magically issued more shares for Krunch at the same price.

Personally I think this is the last roll of the dice for them.
Either the deals guarantee solid revenue and the market likes them, or.......

I agree, you go after bigger contracts, even if it's a different space.
But the concern I have is Epstein was convinced revenues from affiliates would send our Mcap towards £100M.
And loads of shareholders believed him.
Dilution to embark on a JV and investment into Gfin has been a disaster.
He spun it as an opportunity not to be missed.
Yesterday someone on the presentation said his spin on this recent placing is the same spin as last March.
He's correct.
The mood has clearly changed and the clock is ticking to get those deals signed and prove this dilution is warranted.
