But we do need to limit the headroom before shareholder approval is needed.
If its left under current terms he will use all that's available.

There are a number of stocks that would probably benefit with the removal of their CEO or BOD members.
I don't think we are at that stage.
I can't or won't defend what has gone on this year though.
It's been a disgrace.
But if he goes, I'd expect him to pull his shares, and that's the last thing we need.
So time to suck it up I'm afraid, you're not going to get any support, regardless of how often you call for it.
