I'm so glad the penny has finally dropped.
I've been highlighting it since the Argentine app.
Epstein should not deviate from what is actually officially released.
Last Friday was a classic example.
Epstein says 3 deals are worth $30M, the official stance is a target of $16.1M which isn't guaranteed.
The market doesn't like it and has hammered us for it. (In my opinion).
Did Epstein say deals were coming between $5M and $25M?
Yes.
Since then, 3 deals with target revenue of less than $4M.
And there are other examples.
You might think it's insignificant.
I don't.
Who is correct? Doesn't matter.

Can't deny Elite are under investigation.
But they appear to be cooperating with the authorities.
A big $50M loss in 2019 has led to scrutiny from the feds.
However the first 6 months of this year saw Elite post $8M profit.

Whilst the contract at first glance appears underwhelming (Epstein promised 30 contracts ranging from $5M to $25M) the timing of the deal is interesting.
A partnership with EFC announced at the same time as their partnership with Ignite?
Surely MOS have to grasp this opportunity and piggy back the promotion that will come from EFC and Dan Bilzerian?

Last placing was October 6th.
Necaxa and Lopez shares are based on the 3 month VWAP prior to approval.
It's in our interest to approve their shares prior to January.
Unless the SP recovers significantly from here within the next 4 weeks.

The last AGM was held on February 1st.

A desire (very honorable in my opinion) to maintain a percentage holding.
Unfortunately they also highlight the destruction that dilution has caused in less than 2 years.
And there is more to come.
The BOD had a chance to maintain their percentage holdings at the last placing.
They chose not to.
If they had shown the same commitment as City I doubt we would be sitting at 0.12p.

That situation occurred 2 weeks after you notified.
There is more dilution to come.
The Necaxa contract he gave away nearly 2% of the Company.
A fraction of the contracts to come.
You've stated you can't add.
What would I prefer?
Less dilution and contracts won using the money raised and growing revenue.

I've done my research.
Epstein did a cash call to fund up to 30 deals.
But he's giving more shares away instead.
Is he being shrewd or the cash at hand isn't enough to get the deals done?
Perhaps that's why he has to wait until January?
Because as it stands, he hasn't anymore shares to give.
Plenty of cash though. Apparently.

And how much cash is required to close out the multiple contracts that are coming in January?
