We gave Scoffham 29,539,323 shares for LiveScores at 0.423.
He was also due to receive another £75K worth.

The consideration for the acquisition is £125,000 to be paid in shares, which are subject to a minimum 12 month lockup, and up to £75,000 in shares in three equal further tranches based on revenue derived from specific existing contracts over the next 12 months

Does anybody know if he received the extra shares?

0.32 is approximately £15M Mcap with current shares in issue.
It's achievable if the Company can demonstrate multiple drops regularly which create sizeable monthly revenue.
If/when that happens we could see buyers with conviction rather than punts because its cheap.

We're all waiting until January (or hopefully sooner) for some drops from our Mexican football club partners.
The season is relatively short if the playoffs aren't made.
4 months, end of April and season over.
How many drops can we expect in that period to prove we can attain these targets?
Our CEO has stated it takes 6 weeks to organise a drop.

What's he meeting you for then?
To discuss the sparkling performance this year?
Must say we've done very well.
This time last year if we had hit 0.115 we would've have a Mcap of under £3M, but with all the extra shares issued he's kept it to just under £5M.

And if we are going to use $14M for Mex Fed, then we can assume the outlay is also the same as Pumas contract.
This would mean that so far, for 6 contracts with a $50M target we have outlaid $875K + $160K worth of shares + £500K of shares(2 Agents).
The revenue received from this outlay so far is.....how much did you say????
Not to worry, we'll soon recoup it.

Just the 5 year contracts (see earlier post)
5 year plus Mex Fed.
Or Mex Fed alone.

Our biggest shareholder has stated that Epstein said the Mex Fed 3 year contract revenue target is in excess of $14M.
Shall we use that as a guide?
Making all contract targets $50M?

I've deliberately left out Mex Fed because it's a 3 year contract and target is unknown.
5 year contracts have witnessed sales of $50K.
Revenue to MOS unknown.

The figure is irrelevant.
Even if the combined contracts came to $5M over 5 years, we haven't demonstrated how it would be achieved.
