Hi Into- Tier one are indeed the largest oil and gas companies in the world and Exxon may just be tempted given it's withdrawal from Argentina and need for more barrels.

" The chart below shows the FIRST part of the planned and announced FPSO between 2025 and 2030" we are not on the chart because the announcement hasn't been made yet (and who our partner is) Adrian Mason is clearly aware as he published that Darwin East FPSO -is planned. This is telling the industry that Darwin East will be the starting location for the development of our assets, now we await the official news.

FPSO finally planned for Darwin East for arrival 2025-2030. Keep an eye out for the RNS. Again thanks to PD for spotting.

Adrian Mason announces 7 hours ago that an FPSO is planned for Darwin East (as well as 2 for Sea Lion). Looks like the 3 well Darwin East development will be the first to develop then ( which kind of makes sense anyway).

One would think an agreement is nearly done, otherwise Adrian wouldn't be posting this- he's a seasoned professional.

Borders will definitely not go private in my opinion but i do really think a predator is circling. The 2 x holdings increases feel defensive in my opinion like the cash raise which was definitely defensive. I just mentioned it to HB in an email along with the AGM date which is yet to appear. If a takeover is on the cards, its likely to be aggressive.

I feel the same Phil, the board has gone pear shaped to say the least.

There was 250k on the bid earlier at 6.5p but backed away, 450k on the ask now so my bet the ask will get taken out this afternoon. 7p is knocking and this stock is heading higher without a doubt.

Can't say I recall 2 holdings RNS's within a few minutes of each other and from different investors. Quite strange, something is afoot I think- news soon.

Interesting bidding action today, offering up to 800k at 4.85p. The ASK just has to be taken out and an increased bid-I see early 6's arriving soon and this time no retreat from the 7's. RKH closed over 50p and I see that marching on with news imminent over there and possibly news here soon. FI is hotting up that's for sure.

It's a research note by our NOMAD Zeus so slightly bias........ nevertheless its given around 23p risked and £1.14 unrisked. Paywall is only £8 so you can have a nosey and back out again. Personally I can't be bothered.

Radio silence from board, AGM announcement is very late considering its next month. Year end results due now also.

Nobody looks at the spot oil price for development decisions, long term forecasts and economics are the main factors. Brent is forecast to be mid 60's all years and next year more. Darwin CAPEX will be repaid back in full in 24 months from the start of production with oil at 60 usd and RKH breakeven is mid 20's! I'm totally happy with the current economics in the FI and for me there will be no delays, we will see.

I am leaning towards a preference for buy out because its been too long since the discovery waiting and if Obee was removed from his position years ago-maybe we would be eagerly waiting for our own FID rather than Rockhopper's. Investor fatigue could end this story by accepting an offer that doesn't value the company correctly but gives a half decent return to many. I'm not sure I have the patience to wait for our own FID, it's taken 13 years to be in exactly the same position as we were13 years ago-........Pre Farm out. I'm definitely bullish about something happing and soon, just a little inpatient.

Just after August isn't really a delay, mid 2025 technically is anything up to June 30th so a few weeks later doesn't really qualify as delay just slightly late. When NAV start pumping oil at S then the finance gets signed off so poss July. I for one wouldn't short RKH now, not at sub 50p with the imminent news en route.

Interesting finishing price nearly touching 5p, quite clear there isn't much interest in letting this stock go below the last raise price and a LOT of stock is in sticky hands. They are going to need to take this higher if they want stock, RKH FID imminent and I would bet my house that there will be NO delay. As I mentioned before, today's oil price has nothing to do with tomorrow's decisions. The world's population is getting bigger and bigger, green energy is slow and the demand for our asset is urgently needed with few exploring these days. Trump already desperate to wind back his tariffs whilst saving face, because the US is hurting more. I am very bullish here and RKH could easily hit 70p+ on FID, upside % wise should be much more here and we could easily cross into double digit land.
