The SFB weather conditions aren't much different than The North Sea, this is outlined in one of our presentations. In regard to the the field being remote, its only remote because nobody is drilling nearby right now. When the North opens up, we are just down the road- neighbours if you like, this is why cost sharing with Nav has been discussed in detail. Testing is a formality, and interest is high according to HB anyway.

Dobson would have sacked Obee years ago, and the scaled back development should have been also proposed from the start. These are the 2 things that I have beef with, it was pretty clear that Obee was content with plodding on and drawing his salary with zero communications to the shareholders, the full field development plan was also an absolute nonsense given the oil prices at the time. If Obee was removed a decade ago, we would be loading tankers from Darwin right now in my opinion. Hindsight though is a great thing I know, but common sense didn't prevail at all but we are where we are. HB obviously has the enthusiasm because he's the new kid on the block but I don't want to rely on RKH fid to get us over the line, we need to do it on our own merits. Right now we are in exactly the same place as we were 13 years ago- pre farmout and less cash but sentiment has changed thankfully for the better. I can see 10-12p here very soon but I think the hawks are circling and I wouldn't be surprised at some sort of takeover offer at around £250 million ( 28p ish). We are very vulnerable because we are at pre appraisal stage, even though its almost a certainty to flow like the board say, unfortunately though it discounts us down because the box isn't ticked yet. Bullish yes I am, but the stars are aligning not because of the board.

I am edging towards a 100% buy out rather than farm in, the board have been trying to find a partner for 13 years. Yes HB has revitalised the quest and we have a major investment bank on board to assist, BUT ultimately we are talking to the same companies that we have already talked to at some point.

Major shareholders increasing their stakes, it's smelling like a takeover at some point. I'm 90% sure that I am going to the AGM so I will sniffing out the situation and will gauge the general consensus from those attending.

BTTM- You need to get a calculator that works, Darwin is worth around 30 billion dollars. Fair value right now is 22p per share according to industry so considering we are at only 6p- we are absolutely undervalued at this time.

I doubt its JP Morgan, they were advising on the financial aspects of the deal but the corporate broker who is massive in O+G is JEFFERIES .

These guys are top dog deal makers.

Worth noting that Shenandoah doesn't get to first oil until end of June and Sealion FID was always relying on this, so there was always going to be some sort of slight delay. RKH stock around level and we are down 8% on a shake down!! Its always been easy to pull the trousers down here, nice entry point on a treeshake.

A slip into second half 2025 is nothing, RKH FID will be wrapped up by September. Unfortunately for those who want back in cheaper- it's not going to happen in my opinion, the train has left the station. AGM soon, I may well be going and can ask questions like I have done in the past- the whole board are there including the largest shareholders.

Who cares if its a sell or a buy- its a trade. Every one sold is one bought and its good that people are shipping out now to let the new buyers in, otherwise there is no market.

Looks like some deep pockets are arriving, 1 million just went through at 7.2p. Bigger volume and bigger trades is what will drive this stock higher.

Looking at level 2 activity yesterday, the squeeze at 6 looks to be finished. 7's beckon which should be relatively straightforward on to double figures. Going to be interesting for sure........

One thing I have to say is that I have never seen so much messing around on level 2. Smoke and mirrors- Bor could re write the book about this.

Big holders are using their own MM'S to acquire shares at the best possible rates. There's not much stock around now, we will test the 7's again very soon- follow the money and you won't go far wrong.

Darwin was plugged and abandoned, re entry will be near the original and used as a producing well. Shared supply costs have already been discussed with NAV.

Another 900,000 late reported trades

Market makers trying to squeeze this, 6.6p on the bid at 50k, accepted a 40k on quote then took the 50k out via an A trade- removed the 6.9 ask and stuck 80k on the ask at 6.6p. Controlling the book when volume is rubbish, bid is loading up though so hopefully a push to the 7s later on this afternoon.

Bid is starting to load up, patient bunch i have to say. Nothing much happening in the sticky 6's anymore and its time to trade the 7's.
