Not sure about a takeout, how can they value Borders correctly pre appraisal? Farm in and takeout post appraisal probably makes more sense but is the more expensive but less risky route. Or they take Bruce's word that Darwin will "flow like anything". We will see, volume though is very poor which is a surprise given what's happening in the FI as a whole.

Rumblefish. We are fully financed until end of 2026 with some cash left over even then, the board won't raise without good reason, my understanding is the deal will be done first and going by the latest research notes- its happening within 2025.

I think JHL will struggle short term to raise funds for exploring short term when there are discoveries that need to be appraised and developed elsewhere, Argos didn't make it happen and JHL will have the same issues, cash being one of them. Maybe later in the Falklands story but short term, their licence area is likely to be ignored in my opinion.

Yes now its the Falklands 2 and finally the creation of a new oil producing region, what a great entry point through Borders who only have a £80 million market cap whilst sitting on billions of pounds of high grade light oil- no flaring and highly sought after. Competitive tension amongst eager partners, I wonder who will blink first? If it's ExonMobil who has no presence in Argentina- watch this stock price travel to the moon...........

I always remember the Desire oil find RNS and found it very strange then that the market reaction was muted (given RKH reaction around the same time), almost like the markets knew it was smelly which it was a couple days later. Cost me a few quid at the time as well....... utter disgrace and very unprofessional looking back. For me I was invested before the news anyway so the outcome would have been the same, I just feel sorry for those who invested on the back of the "oil discovery" RNS.

BOR will definitely be farmed into or taken out, and before this year is out. Unbelievably insane that we are below 10p and a massive opportunity for many, i don't believe it will be at this price for long. The MM'S are playing on low volume again i see but i feel things will change later in the day, my next target is 20p here which is a slight discount to our risked NAV and pre farmout.

They are going to have to raise the bid to acquire stock, like climbing a mountain-the higher you go- the less air there is.

Same applies to Bor, not much free float-its all in sticky hands.......

This has got to go soon, the bid isn't getting serviced at all and needs to be over 10p if they want any reasonable level of stock. Interesting days ahead.

RKH turning blue on their huge dilutive raise, the power of whats on the way for RKH and BOR. BOR is under 10p!

Only a fool will be out of this now, FID is all but a certainty now and a move should be made on us- imminently.

Makes you wonder why we jumped 7-9p, with all those big late reported buys as well....... leaky leaky comes to mind. Strange lack of anything here at sleepy Bor, maybe later........ Its a bit of a no brainer you would think.

Good news for the FI that FID is very near, the next 3-4 months and it should get very exciting here very very soon...

Quite strange this stock is sometimes, has a reasonable trading day and then a big day with multiples x normal volume, only to go soft the next day and dead the one after. Back to a sleeping slumber, allbeit higher than the last long snooze it took.

Off we go again, named brokers getting taken out..... I don't normally like Mondays .......

RKH market cap is approaching half a billion pounds, eye watering for a stock pre FID. Lets hope some of that rubs off on this pre fid stock........

With Darwin West a 81% certainty, Rockhopper only have a 0.8 higher 2C Resource than Borders. We also have 8.4 Billion barrels of unrisked resource close by. However Rockhopper market cap is nearly 7 times higher than Borders, just our risked price is around 25p and unrisked £1.60- yet we are still under 10p.

Proof I think that the recovery here is in it's infancy and we have a long long way to go.
