Sounds interesting.
Can't see any financail organisation making this sort of commitment so it could possibly be a party who's already got skin in the fracking game and therefore able to make an informed choice as to Cambay's potential ... just thinking aloud!
Sorry guys hit the button twice ...
With all due respect Miller turned out to be a bit of a 'space cadet' so personally wouldn't put too much faith in his analysis of 76h

Thanks Gordon .
I think what we deserve is detailed explanation behind this recent inordinate delay. Further more It's now nearly six years since a tool was turned on the Cambay prospect.
It's certainly a long time between drinks when it comes rns's. Would be nice to know if anyone is still on deck!
Sounds good but more dilution and more money to find. Happy as long as it dosen't end up being an Irish joke!
Seasons Greetings and let's hope that 2021 will be the year that turns things around for us ... GLA
It's certainly lost the ability to light my fire!
I suppose the annual general meeting is only being held to comply with asx regulation ... going on their current track record can't imagine it being very enlightening
Should read 'audacious' hit the button before editing ... probably a sign of my frustration!
Ive just about given up hope and for me the situation has become acedemic.
My entery point as some would already know was back in 2008 when Oilex was cash flow positive and producing (admittedly small) but commercial quantities of oil.
Around this time it was decided that gas was the ultimate target for Cambay hence the the focus on hydraulic fracturing. This looked to be progressing relatively well until the 77h disaster.
What disappoints me most is the squandered opportunities over the last five years. Apart from an adacious attempt to gain 100% of Cambay the current management has been virtually impotent and lacking transparency.
The global pandemic has been a huge game changer and is obviously creating delays but this dosen't excuse the years lost between 2014 and 20i9

What's currently happening in India is a human tragedy and anyone who has worked there would know the logistical nightmare of trying to impose meaningful lockdowns.
Let's hope the MD makes a full recovery and things can be brought to a conclusion asap

Selling Cambay would effectively leave Oilex with nothing of any substance and could well spell the end!
Won't be holding my breath on this one!
West Kampar predates my entry here in 2008 and was previously mired in litigation over payment dispute ... sound familiar
Agree wholeheartedly the unpaid cash calls have for what seems like an eternity been a millstone around Oilex's neck. If as the BOD have always maintained they had unequivical evidence and this was open and shut case why then did they somply walk away. All water under the bridge now but the way its been managed has imho been reprehensible.
None of this group who have been running the operation for five years now have exactly covered themselves in glory.
Unfortunately doubt under the current circumstances if anyone worthwhile could be found to take over what has literally become a poisoned chalice.
Half yearly report due soon so the 'space cadets' can't stonewall forever
It's been a long and winding road for many of us on here and if Oilex can somehow face down the possibility of insolvency etc, the rewards from Cambay going into the future are still alive and well GLA
Still clearly remember this mesmerizing event and exactly where I was. Hope we don't have to wait this long for Oilex to 'blast off' again
It's like still believing in Santa Claus, until an rns actually drops the speculation is fun but irrelevant
A new Joint Venture will at least be a starting point after years of disappointment and bucket loads of bulld**t
