China in particular but others following their lead is being run like a business... Energy is key supply routes like belt and road another key. deep water ports strategic assets. This has been planned and centrally co ordinated and hey presto the USA now trying to put that genie back in the bottle with its tariffs and other ways. But Is no good all too late.

In the Uk as an example. The system has turned into a giant social welfare based economy and we continue to expand it as fast as possible welcoming with gifts the worlds waifs and strays... Worst is there is nothing that can be said or done to stop it...

In 5 years how big the gap being to be between BRICS and the West?

Chinas achievements over the past few decades has been staggering to say the least. It also surpassed the USA in just a bout every technology design and area of manufacturing...

Its future very much depends on what is in its accounts..

I did buy on 14th April as a speculative play some stock at 27.9107p .. These are not in an ISA so any loss can be used to reduce other gains... My own view is that a deal can be reached but if not c'est la vie
