Had a listen back to their h1 investor meet company in late November yesterday.
Few key points I hadn’t picked up on which could bode very well for q3 performance and potential news flow :
-CEO said sales opportunity pipeline and order book tracking very much in line with their expectations, supports their belief that there is a recovery in the sector and its commensurate with them meeting their internal and analyst targets.
- he said “you may well see more secure supply agreements, where it’s built into a process that we will be the supplier of reagents going forward and we do currently supply to existing clients antibodies that are manufactured for diagnostic tests and that are currently marketed” that could be great news for ongoing stable revenue streams.
- he said that Optiphage client is a really good client, very significant client, very large organisation, their application is very good and has potentially lots of follow on benefits and will give them great case study data. Coming into latter phases and looks forward to update on this in due course. That would be massive with potential licencing fee deals and royalty payments
He said they’ve landed more contacts for their mamallian display service, believe a higher value service, where they’re able to increase clients asset expression by 10-30 fold with preliminary data saying quality remaining the same. That could be a big earner!!
There’ll hopefully be some material news flow on some of these strands coming off I can’t see how they couldn’t pull at least one off when they appear so strong. Only a matter of time.
Not even to mention the other exciting work they’ve got going on with NCI!
