Probably being going up soon tho, Shard predicting 25/26 revenues will grow 66% on what FY 24/25 will be! Which is great news in itself!

Yeah I think they got grant funding for that Titan thing last year with FAB from that life sciences launchpad thing.

That’s not to say they won’t get more money in another funding round, Titan/Causeway did say major updates coming in the next few weeks on LinkedIn!

Could be very exciting for them and FAB if they get more funding and it accelerates their production and growth

Not to forget they’ve got a portfolio of existing assets they have royalty and milestone entitlements to which could land any day. Previous CEO talked about multi million pound payment potential here.

That ontop of the fact their flagship tech nearly validated and could lead to big licence deals from big pharma and others I wouldn’t want to be out of this in 2025.

MCAP is rediculous. At one point in 2020 their MCAP was closer to £40m and that was when they weren’t as lean, didn’t have as many epic partnerships, their tech was less mature. Now they’re closest to profitability they’ve been, they’ve got great partnerships, new technologies that are about to disrupt the market. It’s a steal at this price surely?

The board clearly share our frustration, we now need to see action.

That is clearly outdated and ill- founded in terms of an assessment. We don't need the money, we have no plans for an investment raise so I think those people have got it wrong and the impact on the share price is wrong and it needs correcting and we need to take that depression that's been on the share price away. I hope that the information that we shared today helps in doing that because clearly we are worth an awful lot more than the market has been suggesting.”

2025 could be a breakout year for FAB in my view.

• Stronger revenues and margins reported in their H1 update.

• £400k Cash position set for a boost with a £450k debtors payment, VAT & R&D credits, and a clear board-backed runway to H2 2026, when they expect to hit cash neutrality.

• In December, they secured a spot in a £55m funded consortium plus a £1m cash grant, further extending their financial reach.

• Their partnership with the US National Cancer Institute to validate their game-changing technology is progressing well, paving the way for big pharma licensing deals.

• They’re involved in a client project that just teased “major updates in the coming weeks” on LinkedIn.

• Momentum continues with new contracts, including a $250k deal last week.

• CEO is set to present and chair panels at a major health conference early next month.

• appear to Confidently expecting to meet analyst revenue expectations for this year !

I think causeway are part of another consortium called Smart Nano which has £60m of investment behind it. Great to have them as a client!

A recently published research report

said that “ FMI will play a key role in developing new areas such as cell and gene therapies as they emerge, coordinating commercial, health and academic expertise supporting early Technology Readiness Levels (TRL) R&D before products can be evaluated in iREACH-Health or CDHT and other City and Growth Deal initiatives across NI”

Looks like it’s all coming together with FAB at the centre and hopefully poised to reap the gains hugely

I asked on their investor hub and this appears to be a new client project rather than a continuation of the ones announced last year.

This is FAB as they’re getting noticed and able to secure high margin contracts.

Also shows the benefits of the FMI to them as Adrian said at Sharesoc that they will be able to use the £5m of capital kit through the FMI for cell line development so hopefully this work is done at very high margins and the £250k drops straight into their bottom line 🥳

This is great news, and something that FAB can do at massive margin as a result of the £5m capital kit free of charge from the FMI!

Shows great faith that companies coming back to FAB. I believe Adrian mentioned at the sharesoc webinar in December that advanced Cell line development technology through their consortium partnership so they don’t have large overheads for this service so big boost to their bottom line!
