A perfectly reasonable comment @Dar- As I have an average which is, by most standards, low, what I've said is in line with my own position and consistent with what I've said for a long time. We all make our own decisions: my position of relative safety was reached by taking considered risks at various times. It also took into account a personal (and professional) opinion of the business transformation that is taking place. I hope I am right or I will be 'short of funds' for quite some time....

So for one moment, as nobidy else has commented, let's consider this morning's RNS. GS (again) go from announcing they went over 6% in December when the sp was in the 180's, to less than 3%. 3% =1.35m shares during one of the quiestest trading periods most LTH's can recall. There is no way (in my simple minded opinion) that this reduction was done on the open market without hammering the price. Nor has the RNS had an effect. My view is that once again (as with the JPM RNS's) that this is a holding for someone else. I suspect a further RNS is on its way: this is total speculation.

I'M has taken the mess that Terry created, sold junk off, rebuilt a technology company, turned loss making divisions into modest profit, reduced costs and has a bank account full of cash. He has no control over:- - A possible claim from SGH -A possible claim from YLF - The SFO investigation .....and yet he and the rest of the BoD go without bonuses because the market has dropped the price given the pending risks....weird, eh?

Fact: you made a rediculous statement about preserving cash for paying his salary. I suppose you'd prefer the cash to run out so nobody gets paid.

I wish I had seen FEVR before now. Just bought 668 shares: looks like a lovely solid business based on the numbers. In particular I love the products, especially the way they are being positioned BY OTHERS as the quality tonic. Wherever you look, distillers use them as the product of choice to add fizz. To be perfectly honest I just assumed it was produced by one of the big boys....never crossed my mind that it was an independent. Introduced to this by my son who bought in.

Now we sit and wait to see what happens with the business and the legacy issues and the rescue plan. No point in wasting time worrying, as distressing as it may be. Time to move on and hope for a relisting OR cash return at some stage in the future.. ATB

Agreed. For the record Qnard: I'm in the group but was unable to attend due to travel.

That's an opinion and you're entitled to it. I chose to join the shareholder action group and try to do something about the situation as I saw no viable alternatives.

Assuming no new NOMAD is appointed in time to stop the de-listing, does anyone have experience of a stock which has de-listed and then subsequently been re-admitted at some future point? I'm resigned either to a complete loss or a very long haul back but interested to know if re-listing is a possible reality or a pipedream?

@Tony: it's a challenging situation, but there's no point in throwing toys out of the pram. Like any good movie: let's wait for the twist at the end. Or get stressed: your choice.
