All I'm interested in is:- - The imminent trading updates to track progress or otherwise - The update on WTG's response to the SGH claim and eventual resolution (I suggest members also check the company comment posted elsewhere as an update on SGH's desperation). - The outcome of the SFO investigation which, to date, has resulted in zero charges being brought.

Hmmmm yes so i realise. Unfortunately if im back before Christmas it will be to celebrate winning a significant project so wont get away with anything close to that :-)

No kidding. We had a very pleasant but simple meal: 7 mains and desserts; two bottles of quite basic wine. £485....plus tip. I had a touch of indigestion at bedtime.

@jmr: Egon is closed and being refurbished. We ended up at a fab italian-ish called AiSuma......but unfortunately i picked up the bill for 7. Ouch !

Well yes: I suppose you're right. The funds (and we know who they are and what their interests are) must be just sloshing punts around without any due dilligence. All second rate punters who would be better off down the bookies.........or ploughing fields with their tractors. Or they believe differently. You do make me chuckle :-)

LOL and yet its worth your time having a wee wander over to chat ;-) But you're right.....50p before long......specially with the terrible results coming.....and the capitulation of the business. That's why all the money has been ploughed in over recent months. Dreadful situation.

Interim due within days. Response to SGH claim due within 6 weeks. Outcome of SFO case due within 3yrs. Anyone know a decent restaurant in Trondheim?

@Dar: I definitely didnt suggest closure.....I said 'some action'. Late October is, I believe, when WTG have to file a resonse to SGH's claim. We should get news of some kind to confirm they have done so. I don't expect any resolution for a year or two on that one.

Hmm..yes. As blind as 70 Australian lawyers and highly paid professional consultants. Still: October will see some action on the SGH front so we can all relax a little.

They've been sucking them up over time. This is likely to be a holding oñ behalf of a different individual, having checked it with WTG ;-)

I'm less interested in his whereabouts than the validity of accusations against him. I have no opinion.

The facts of the claim by SGH are known: the documents are available publicly and give clarity on SGH's basis for a claim along with supporting addenda. It's possible that this is also close to what the SFO are looking at (total speculation on my part)...Robert Fielding may be feeling somewhat concerned. Or may not: I've never met him.
