What a time to be launching an advanced Battery Storage product that can complete with Lithium. Some other competitor products are at a very early stage and some are still looking at launching a workable, scaleable product!

Having a quick look the USP' and specs, this is exactly what is required to compete with Lithium and I am hopeful this new launch will tick many boxes fro them to leapfrog into high volume over the 12 to 36 months!

The volume maybe be down to reporting trades via Aquis - ADVFN does, but LSE does not. Not sure about HL as I don’t use them.

You are right, this share price can easily swing on low volume trades - either way!

Last few trading days and as soon as the regular buying stopped IES had a breather and then the share price started dropping due to low volumes along with repeated smallish sells - maybe something in this that there maybe a small group of individuals messing around with trading the share when the volume is clearly low, plus of course when dropping this invites a few to lock in profits or take off the table with stop losses

Personally I’m not too fussed re short term pricing (although it’s always nice to see a rise in the share price and a little depressing to see it fall ) I’m just waiting for the next few RNS announcements and if I have this right, IES will increase significantly in a small time frame but as my my exit price is significantly higher than where we are now it will hopefully give me more confident in where IES will be in a few years time - maybe wrong, but patiently waiting either way!

Based on the fact they already have their first commercial order with Gamesa, then you would think the floodgates are about to be breached!

With all the noise about renewables (certainly in the UK) not sure why IES sitting at these low levels. But looking at recent Energy storage news across many countries, there are many battery deals being agreed at the moment, so it highlights the potential opportunities for little old IES!!!

More patience is needed, but hopefully not too long to wait for a full update on Mistral and future secured orders...

Seems that a few profit takers are locking in some profits, but there is still a buyer out there, who assuming will take advantage at this price. Judging by what I could dummy sell yesterday (large volume, in one hit, and still can today) the buyer or MM's were/are happy to take them and I really don't think the recent buyer was betting on the US result today TBF!

IMO, Trump won't change too much re reduction act, as it will create plenty of new investment/jobs, so I think this will continued to be well supported. The good part is that the speculation on who going to win the election is now over.

Onwards on upwards from here...

Looks like that seller has now been replaced with a buyer - a lot could happen over the next 8 weeks in the run up to the end of the year!

Looking like the MM’s have limited stock to trade - could be another good week for IES.

Would be even better if we had some good news/ updates…

Hopefully SP is having a little breather, then we go higher again over the next week.

I am hopeful we will have an update soon re official Mistral launch (Nov) as assuming we won’t hear about any new contracts until Mistral is officially live, after that I’m predicting lots of back to back news flow, in the UK, Canada & Australia.

We then have the US with a little uncertainty with Elections - but once this is sorted, I am predicting positive news updates from the US as well, regardless of who is elected…

I feel its the MM's have very little shares, clearly this is moving higher daily with no news, a few sellers taking profits from 9/10p purchase (a rightly so) but limited availability of shares/sellers is what I think is causing this increase - plus the large gap filling from 13 to 19/20p is in full play. 20p next stop for consolidation.

Sadly sold mine too early to play with my profit/loss before the budget today, but still more than happy this is moving higher to reduce my 'under water' holding - have a little further to go until break even, but when Mistral is announced, I feel this will double at least and hopefully it will be around the 20p when this is announced 🤞

I sold a few yesterday that I purchased at 9p and also sold a few to realise a loss to offset - just in anticipation for tomorrows budget re capital gains tax - not sure how it will play out, but as I was in the position to book the profit and loss and I thought it was worth it and made sense. Still have plenty that I hold (under water I might add) but these are all nicely wrapped up in ISA's!

Set up looks really strong for a sustained rise back to the 20's TBH - but will need some positive news re Mistral first!
