Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
EU news is not the end game. It's all part of the pricing-in process. It may dip, it may go up. What really matters is what the company is worth, who it can attract and how big it can go without selling the entire company. I agree with others, the real danger is coping with demand without big dogs snapping it up.
I think some fools have met their match on this board. Bears always come out but this is a long-term board that knows its onions. Little quarter given to those spouting rubbish. It's all fair game. I think they've been roasted enough. See you again on the next installment. Which of the 20 will it be to upset them next time? I'm guessing Audi. Stick a takeover rumour in the mix and they'll really be shouting at clouds.
Non-exclusive is the only way forward now.
I think it's only fair given recent news and this is undoubtedly a transformed company since September 2016. Having so much work you can't do it all says a lot about where we are now. A matter of time before someone offers to 'help us out'. At what price ... who knows?
I believe the article goes free to the general public in a fortnight/month or so. Nice little boost. Anyone caught the jist of it yet? Other than 'a nice little oil play' for peanuts?

No such thing but at the moment the entire portfolio has a 94% COS. Spreading the risk yet exposing the company to limitless upside is the idea.
Michael Walters - a respected blogger tipped it as: Playing for Oil with Peanuts 9/5/2018 A nice little oil play. He has a huge subscriber base. Possibly him who took the 2.9% the other day. Only available to subscribers here: http://www.michaelwalters.com/index.phtml
I'll take a breakout of the range any day. Very tight range.
I wonder if the 2.92% was a buyer taking out the seller. Boom!
Nice.
You couldn't afford to hire a rig that long. It's an industry standard 30-45 days. Result by Xmas?
30-45 days to drill.
I'm only repeating a rumour. Let me be clear. It would make sense to get some oil in the bank whilst drills are being prepared.
All I heard was 'producer' and the 'city is excited'. If it is producing the POO will put a rocket under it. Cash is king and RBD hold the cards.
If it's as rumoured, the market will love it.
UPL was so quiet for so long, I was impatient with that one. Much more patient nowadays. Shows what can be achieved by virtue of patience.
They took on 1.5 million debt as RNSed. They had a placing that surprised the market. They are losing money now. They need really high gold prices now or another cash call is inevitable. Salazar is holding a busted flush now unless he can pull a great quarterly out of the bag. It's late by the way.
Now bring on the news.
