Manifesto - The Woodford website has previously shown the % holdings in ReNeuron, however, it now says:

'During the period of the LF Woodford Equity Income Fund’s suspension and subsequent repositioning of its portfolio, we will only be showing the top 10 holdings of our three funds.
We firmly believe this is in the best interests of investors.'

Clearly they're applying it to WPCT as well as the three funds, so no way of knowing if they're transferring between the fund(s) and trust.

I see no reason to sell ReNeuron from the trust, but I do see benefits, for both Woodford and ReNeuron, to transferring from the equity fund to the trust.

Drax, with something like results of an on-going trial I doubt there's an obligation to release cohort results, and in any case they could probably get away with processing them at a suitable speed so they're ready to release on a particular date. I wouldn't be surprised if we receive a general update on the on-going stroke and RP trials - it's a good opportunity to do so.

What they can't do is release results at, for example, a conference, without first updating the market. And if there were, for example, a takeover offer, that would need to be released to the market without delay.

You can not infer anything from today's RNS - it is no different to any of the previous occasions where ReNeuron have given a link prior to a webcast.

Indeed. Essentially, the Equity fund should also have been structured in this way.

The ideal solution, for me (besides no selling), would be for Woodford to sell ReNeuron from Equity Income and buy the same in Patient Capital. That could help limit losses for Patient Capital. Anyway, the science hasn't changed, so I'm comfortable, and I suspect the Woodford team are even more comfortable with regard to ReNeuron.

If Arrow was taken over in 2010 (according to Arrow's website) and Tony joined Sunshine after his time at Arrow, but Sunshine was aquired in 2008, can the Arrow takeover really be attributed to Tony? Seems like he left Arrow at least 2 years before the takeover?

In the May 2019 corporate presentation, business development steategy for hRPC is as follows: • Partnering in US and Asia following efficacy signal from Phase I/II study • Keep European rights for proprietary development and commercialisation. Suggests US partnering is not too far away. And for CTX: • Global partnering following PISCES III results • Consider option agreement or territory deals ahead of PISCES III completion. So a CTX deal could happen at any time ahead of PISCES III completion. It's not a bad time to be invested.

Posting an almost word-for-word summary from our principal investigator within 24 hours of his presentation is not dragging up Phase I irrelevance. No improvement was seen in any of the first 4 cohorts, that is a fact. A very good improvement was seen in cohort 5, that is also a fact. Stick to the facts rather than ignoring them and it might prevent future confusion.

It's not my summary, it's the summary on the official Twitter feed from yesterday's summit. Taken from Jason Comander's presentation, so take it up with him if you don't like it. Although he's the principle investigator so I'd wager it's accurate information. For the benefit of those who are unaware (although if you've been here a long time I'm not sure how you could be unaware) - Phase I was a dose escalation study to test safety and tolerability of the therapy. It was tested in patients with advanced vision loss. The final Phase I cohort received the same dose as the first Phase II cohort, with the significant difference being that that first Phase II cohort (Cohort 5) had better baseline acuity than those in Cohorts 1 to 4. For clarity, the updated results announced yesterday were for Cohort 5.

The most recent results are for the 3 patients in cohort 5. The Phase I part of the study was cohorts 1 to 4, each with 3 patients, with the primary endpoints being safety and tolerability of the therapy. These 12 patients had advanced vision loss and their vision did not improve post-treatment.
