Hi, this lot need to get in to the next generation of engineering, the CEO is a book-keeper, he needs a kick from an engineer who knows where markets are going - it strikes me that the governing foundations of this lot are not propelling the business towards the next industrial revolution and has a management structure where their business gods are losing their power, vision and need a new thesis/credo etc.
The self congratulatory change of leadership from the inside made me very angry when I eventually heard about it, as a shareholder I should have thought that should be a market highlight, it is not, and the City didn't take it too well. It say so much that they always have stealth approach to communication - if they want new share holders to be interested they need to be open to the new. They are not.
This is the WORST performing share in my portfolio - even bankers are doing better! G
