it is pointless trying to value company until numbers are known.
if orders are 1m or 100m will make a huge difference.
Any value of the company has to include something for :-
Tried and tested POC unit
US. DoD. contract and fact that the POC bit has been tested for several years in the field and chosen over the competitions.
Hearing loss test about to be launched
first to market POC HepC who approved test about to be launched
Any sales of CD-19 tests made at point of take over and potential future sales.
the potential of further tests being produced in bead format (which has advantages over tests available now making them quicker and easier to conduct with fewer user errors.)
Tests already in development (TB ) for POC
What ever David Budd and the board value the company at.
We can pluck numbers out of the air as much as we like but until someone makes an offer (if they do) it is purely speculation. The best case for holders is that someone other than a Danher company takes an interest and then a Beckman (who are an obvious candidate, have to out bid them keep it all in house).
