No this is ex board member who had over 1M share if i remember rightly

Dave Evans did post here but right at the beginning of 2020.
He had a sizable holding and was on that list of holders at one point
I have no idea when he stopped being on it

ok here is how testing works
the kit that the patient sees is a swab and a small plastic container which the used swab goes into and a sealable plastic bag
this bit in uk is normally from china but Genedrive don't provide those
the swab is taken but in the plastic container sealed and then put in the plastic bag with details of patient written on it. This is then sent to the Lab
where it is tested, this is the Genedrive bit of the chain. The patient has no way of knowing what test is used, the people who take the test won't know they just send it off.
The only ways to find this out would be to phone the lab or go through their bins for the packaging. (unlikely I think !)

we really don't need to ramp this it will explode when sales are announced.

any valuation for GDR must include
hearing lose test potential (only one out there)
Hepc test potential (1st to market poc kit)
US DoD. contract (through extensive evaluation period where it competed against other companies and came out on top)
TB and other future tests potential. (the range of tests which could be run on the POC unit is huge)
potential to convert thousands of other tests to bead format to reduce testing times and remove of errors

From what I understand of the process (as I was told by former CEO) the company are approached by suitor and asked what they think company is worth taking into account current sp and the above list and this becomes the starting point for negotiations. So maybe the question should be what do we think DB values the company at.

I have been reading his posts for nearly a year now, I can tell you that he is heavily invested and has absolutely no interest in seeing the share price go down. He asked a simple question and accepted the answers he got, which all suggested that a placing was not needed. He did not try and persuade people as purely asked a question.
You can call me an idiot all you like but that is the simple truth.
and I would respectfully suggest that it is maybe not me who is the idiot.
