very interesting question.
We know the original plan was to open one lab (but how many machines)( has this already been done as a trial?) then open up to 10 more.

The impression i am getting now is that we are selling into the whole of the USA market so new installs and existing sites. (I am not sure i am expecting a huge flurry of instant sales but signals that things are moving in that direction)
tbh I think every new install will have a very high chance of using our tests (should be an easy sell for Beckman sales team)
what we don't know is if Beckman's sales team are actively going to chase existing sites and try get them to swap to GDR obviously we would hope so.
so i would expect a small start ramping quiet quickly to reasonable numbers and then possibly hitting silly numbers about April May. but this is GDR after all maybe just maybe we get an early Easter egg.

It might be interesting to note that the company had an mcap of £75M with one test on an untried platform and no sales at all
what we have has value
tried and tested platform (US DoD have tried to break it over an extended evaluation period)
1st to market Who approved HepC POC test run on that platform.
Validated 1st to market Antibiotic hearing test run on that platform
Military test for US Dod and contract for the supply of said test. (£7M sales to come when pandemic allows)
CD-19 PCR test (you know where this is at)
cd-18 POC test in later stages of development to run on tried and tested Genedrive platform.
TB test in development
No debit on balance sheet
bank account has cash in it
small over all number of shares >£63M
All of this has a value
but as punter says it is very difficult to put a price tag on it.

to be honest I think they will be more interested in changing tests which are liquid based on to the bead tech.
My guess is that they are already thinking of a range of machine which don't include all the messy titration steps and can be operated by a forklift driver rather than a scientist.
The market for that sort of test is endless.
If they brought GDR my Guess is they would set up a company for POC unit and sell off.
