DB will decide if its significant and we know he does not RNS much at all, unless he has to.
companies don't RNS sales as a rule unless they are huge or in a new market, which would mean they are price sensitive.
But we will see. The first sale might be considered significant, possibly.
From recent experience we know the company did not RNS approval from Thailand because it was considered significant by the company. My guess is they will continue a conservative approach with RNS.
Be nice to be wrong on this and we will have to wait and see
