AIM is rigged so that placings get insiders rich rather than ordinary shareholders.

Just have to accept this and hold long-term until we get a fair SP.

The price action and lack of a TR1 suggest that the last two placings were made with a company that behaves more like a hedge fund than a buy-and-hold investment institution.

Hopefully, the days of these types of placings are over. The fast money is exiting and being replaced by longer-term investors.

They will sell their shares asap to prevent a TR1. When those sells dry up the SP will rise.

I suspect some Zak Mir followers sold, also some traders.

The project is now massively derisked, so we will see a new distribution/accumulation phase. The new buyers will keep coming.

Just have to sit and wait for the value to be realised.

Why is it a closed meeting? Seems to me, keep USA out and a final presentation before the EU asks a load of questions and slaps their wad down.

There is bound to be some discussion outside the official Q&A. The EU will have to ask, what if there is no EU funding?

Stefan will have to reply, ' then we will look at alternatives such as the US'.

The EU will then have to slap their wad down. Considering the Trump threats to Greenland and the EU requirement for a reliable supply of graphite, plus Denmark having to be seen to support Greenland's economy, it is beyond insanity that the EU do not sign up GROC.

Maybe the delay is either arranging a buyout or a conversation about funding details, i.e., you're on the list and at the same time, here's $40m to get things moving.

Hopefully, the EU come with a bag of various options depending on what they hear so there will be an announcement at the end of the event or shortly afterwards. I would not be too surprised if the EU still need some time to go away and discuss matters - Ukraine's deal complicated matters for the EU and makes GROC's case better.

Hmm. If I were the EU/Denmark, I would simply buy up the relevant small companies and fund the projects as soon as possible so they can start producing.

It is an outside chance, but a fat bid of £50m from the EU would be nice.

The way I see it, the EU can slap less than $1B down to get a fat supply of graphite and not worry about getting screwed over on suppliers outside their control.

It is worth looking at who funds Morrow.... some massive European names.

They will want predictability and GROC can be a part of that.

One of the hardest parts of investing is staying calm when you know the risk/reward ratio is favourable. Block out impatience and nerves, stick to the facts, and remove emotion from your decisions.

The irony is that if the EU grant does not happen, all GROC has to do is phone up the Americans and sell the lot for £ 50m+.

That will arguably increase the GROC SP faster.

Trump's Ukraine deal plays into GROC's hands - that graphite has no guarantee of ending up in Europe.

Doubly important now that the EU moves to secure a deal with GROC - if the US come in and buy GROC for peanuts £50m+ then the EU are going to look like complacent fools.

Maybe the Trump deal was the reason for the delayed announcement.

IMHO, even better odds of GROC getting funding.

Don't get scared - ride out a bad RNS. Morrow could come knocking at any time with a £50m bid.
