Seems to me that if GROC don't need the cash because they can rely on grant money, they should now call in the 3.75p warrants. If the holders have not forward sold then they won't convert at this price and they can be cancelled if not converted.

Might be viewed as playing hardball, but I reckon GROC has been on the receiving end of this for the last two placings.

If GROC can crap these out plus the VWAP AC ones the SP will find it much easier to head north.

This is why I think GROC will get bought out by a European maker, the EU needs a maker for security. Morrow's debt will be wiped and the assets picked up by another company for peanuts, then off we go again. Morrow are not the only potential GROC customer.

The admin is not good, but it is just a bump in the road. I'll wager a good time to top up with GROC.

IMHO, GROC will, and certainly must, call in the accelerated-clause warrants asap. SB and others have options that require a high SP, and the warrants will keep the SP from rising. On top of that, there is always the wonder that they need some cash for things not covered by the grant, so, SB, if you are reading this, get it done! :o)

This is what I had on my mind. I am sure GROC will call them in.

We should be min £30m but fair value is closer to £40m to £50m.

What I think is interesting is that the EU would be mad not to bid for GROC, and if it does, what price would GROC reasonably ask for and get?

Post-Trump noise, surely US interests must be looking closely at GROC?

No deal goes ahead without Danish approval.

Denmark/EU need these minerals as much as the US does.

Denmark is not going to just give up all mineral rights.

Also, via the grant, the EU owns part of GROC. If the US wants GROC they pay the EU and us the going rate.

All the bottlers are now going to buy back or miss the rise.

I should have made this clearer - the funding entity often wants to be anonymous - the shareholders want to know the entity so they can identify those with a poor track record - the funding entity does not want to be identified.

I got screwed over at ENET with a series of dumba$$ raises with conditions that were far too favourable to the funding agent.

IMHO, we got a couple of similar crap raises and have paid the price - hopefully no longer.

Equity raises are probably the worst aspect of AIM - not transparent enough, etc.

Shareholders - at least the ones that know what they are doing - will definitely care.

Ordinary shareholders are sick of lowball funding and putting a name to those that get these deals is not something they want.

On the minuscule chance that Trump invades Greenland, the rest of the world will work against the US. Removal of US bases in the EU, no buying US bonds, US citizens at the end of abuse when they visit the EU, etc.

Trump will be out in a few years, and the Democrats will be back in and undo it.

The EU are going to make GROC commercial ASAP.

Either the EU or the US can just buy GROC for £100m, peanuts to them.
