Captain Hogwash/504/tl thrives because some posters put up with the bs because it aligns with their own agenda.
Fairview is entitled to his opinion.
Is it possible that a fund buys a 'pumper' to dump shares at a better price?
Good find. I did mention on the other thread that a fund with a small holding might be selling.
edit inder to under!
I wonder how much they held? Just inder 5%?
Never trust anyone on a BB! History shows us there are too many bs'ers with their own selfish agenda, either wanting to sell or buy or buy back in.
IMHO, it is quite simple, SO FAR $4.3m contracted for 22 and we are in Q1, 50% WISP attendeees have ENET tech - so the word is out and ENET tech will continue to be taken up, everything on track to make breakeven and some cash in the bank to be reported this time next year - which importantly will mean we have a CLX style balance sheet = £100m MC but we have much better growth opps.
This is now in a very similar state to when I first bought ECK and then 10 bagged... ENET will do much more.
New guy with NASDAQ experience and links to some useful AIM contacts.
Anyone with half a brain should be able to see how these dots can be joined to form a very nice picture.......dare I say it, and better than Shirley's........hmm.....well certainly comparable.

It is not that clear - more like getting poked in the eyes, pepper sprayed, then put on sunglasses with vaseline with dust on the top, and a bag over your head.
Maybe because the recent Tarana funding round has finished there is no immediate need for 5G to sell ENET to buy more Tarana.
IMHO it is a grey area because Tarana are not listed on a stock exchange?
How could MR find out? Unless, they are in constant dialogue, 5G mentioned it and then MR felt he had to update?
Seems like a message from 5G to the market?
IMHO, If 5G get new shares under 35p then that puts a lot of pressure on ENET to disclose who 5G are.
If they are Tarana related then they could be privy to when the contract updates are going to be revealed - indeed might have a say in the timing of the contracts.
But, 5G could be nothing to do with Tarana.
Maybe it is a smoke signal. They are not going to sell at this price, 'proof' will be in a months time when there is not another RNS stating they have gone under 5%.
Maybe they are playing the game. They did not have to disclose. They could have stopped selling three weeks ago.
They would like the price to drop so they can get shares on the cheap.
Do you choose to inform the market that you have sold when you are selling more? Nope! Only if you have to, and they did not.
I wasn't expecting a Tarana update that quickly. Good find.
Buy right...sit tight.

Considering we are to a degree left in the dark, I think it is natural to feel some negativity, and for that matter an element of fear. I have not sold any. In fact, as I mentioned before I have been buying over the previous few weeks.
Tarana have had some delays that are now behind them so I expect a decent update reasonably soon - like many on here the hope is that keep them in cash until the big cash comes in.
As others have said, you don't change buildings and buy components that dilute your own holding because you think the market for your product is about to collapse.
I certainly cut ENET some slack, the pandemic has not helped.
I think the first massive market will be in India, there have also been delays including 5G spectrum auctions being pushed back six months, with the operators lobbying to get the spectrum on the cheap or for free. This is quite significant because although that causes an additional delay, the upside could be remarkable because the operators will have an enormous pot of cash to buy equipment - my theory is that is where ENET expect the first tidal wave of money to come from. I think this is why ENET have put a two-year timeline on the table - by then the fat orders will definitely be in.
For fear of being accused of ramping I will not mention specifics because I do not have enough proof - but there are some dots that could be joined that suggest that ENET technology could end up in the private network business of an exceptionally large company.
I also think part of the problem at this phase is that if ENET informed investors about the names of specific companies they are working with it would inform their competitors where there is an active market - so best to just keep quiet. Unfortunately I think in some cases we will just have to wait until ENET feel they have their feet well and truly under the table.

Actually a slow and relentless climb was the old way of keeping the dilution at a preferential price for existing holders - a SP spike helps us, so a slew of sudden news items would be a good thing.
01234 - alert competitors to the fact that they could scupper them by snapping up an £18m co?
Or where to get the IP know how?
Could be a few reasons?
Thing is we dont know who 5G are.......... could be DL's rich uncle..... so we don't know how friendly the relationship is.
Seems to me they should be transparent about this becasue I reckon they know who 5G are.
I also wonder if they are holding numerous, on their own not RNS worthy, items back - in the hope of a slew of transformational news to send the SP into warrant territory - I always thought April time but maybe/hopefully at the latest in the summer.
The way to keep 5G dilution to a minimum is a slow and relentless climb - hopefully it starts from this base.
Not sold any...sittin and waiting.

I think the fund raise might also be related to the new product... they are about to showcase it.....some will be asking 'how much and when can we have them?'. ENET can't say 'hmm.... not sure about that'.
Better to have the cash at hand if the fat orders come in rather than hang around for another placing.
I suspect we must be due some good news.
Dallo.. posts crossed.... seems we are thinking along the same lines. :o)
As far as I'm concerned the dots are now all joined up...... SP rise is invitable.
Confirmation of OK cash, IP protected products and money obtained to buy and manufacture etc....we are approaching the finishing line.... unfortunately this has sometimes felt like the grand national... we have had some fallers.
Last night I posted I wanted 5G IF out... that remains because I am not sure how long the want to keep thier cah in ENET... I want the sticky club back. At least the deal stops fat discounts, and IMPORTANTLY, removes market uncertainty.

Sitting and waitin....
RNS I would like is 5G IF at 0% holding..... sticky club back.
