What breach of contract are you suggesting has occurred? I'm assuming that you're a contract lawyer or contract specialist who has reviewed the Contract in detail t make such an assertion...

I agree as I can't see a breach of contract and unfortunately ODX have been played and we the PI are picking up the pieces. There other things in the pipeline but I will hold and see where it goes. As for the contract there is nothing to see and certainly nothing illegal or breached in its current form.

I think it was a good day overall and personally, it as better than expected for me. I am still at a large loss but there is light at the end of the tunnel. I believe I will get my money back in the short term (months not years) and it could be very lucrative. Still lots going on and see where it is at next week. Even one approval could make a difference. I will get some sleep tonight at least.

I am sure approval will follow here and don't forget their shares were over £12 at one point. Colin did say he got the paperwork in before the deadline so it is just a case of waiting and I believe NCYT were a few days before ODX so it isn't all lost yet just painful.

remember that they were at over £12 at one point so even if it is a big jump there are still a lot of people nursing losses hoping it will get better. Same with ABDX who opened at 80p and are at a loss on the way down to where it is now (me included but not a big loss). I am still here and holding as I still see the fundamentals as sound but the communication has been the worse ever.

I think most people who have any diagnostic stock are down we have had our moment. In my mind there is no doubt there has been hype from ODX without substance and I am as guilty as anyone in believing it. I believed the government wanted to support the industry and use UK products. I am wrong. I should have seen it coming from how they treat the farmers.
My personal view is this will steady and climb in the next months. My fear is they do a placing and like last time we end up paying over the odds for the privilege of being share holders.
There is still life in this otherwise the price will have dropped to single pence.

we still have fridays market to deal with yet after the presentation. i am very much down money wise and genuinely don't know what to do. never been in this position before and feel taken in by the hype and seemingly good news which has disappeared. no doubt we have been lied to and i suspect many have hard losses to make up. typing this because i can't sleep . personally i blame the government for not backing a uk diagnostics industry and odx for being taken in by it. Most of this is in my SIPP so I will just leave it there and see where I am at the end of March and if the losses can be used for my tax or if it has got to a price I can afford to sell at and offset some losses. It may get to 50p and then that is my money back and I am out.

I agree it isn't all bad but it isn't what we were expecting. The price will never be at pre covid levels it is the PI's who topped up in the 60 to 80p range who are affected and unhappy (me included) as I had faith in this one and researched it .

Who else is putting in stop losses? I am a committed supporter but given the history of not brilliant news affecting the share price I need to think with my head. Hopefully I can buy back in later on and see what happens next week.
