If you look on Linkedin there is almost no sales team just a director of marketing. Personally, I think they are better placed for a take over.

I sent a mail to Ian and Nicola and have a short reply

if you read the contract it says the money paid to Omega is a deposit so it has to be repaid and it is very simple. The contract is basic and clear I don't know how Colin got it so wrong.

I am going to offer to work for ODX for 3 months for free in exchange for shares. I couldn't be any worse off than at present. I am sure I can sell something for them on a commission basis. I am serious. If Colin is reading this then expect my letter next week.

I am one of them. I sold at a big loss and managed to get in here with a 40p average overall. I have made back my losses from ODX. it was disgraceful the way the government treated ODX but as always Buyer Beware.

"I took a loss here, but have more than recovered it another diagnostic company that has just received CE approval. Never be scared to cut your losses and move on".

Same here I have got my original investment back thanks to another company. Happy to have done that and still have £4k in my SIPP with ODX as you never know.

They have to agree to do this. I know from personal experience that you can send as many letters as you want but they have to acknowledge and agree otherwise it is your cost and if you dispose of them you are liable. It is an ass law and one I got caught with when I took the person to court.

Maybe the smaller investors are a bit nervous following the ODX notice and the way they have been treated by the government. I have lost money there and thankfully making it back up in GDR to a break even of my investments. I see many of the same comments on here and I am treating them with caution after getting burnt by ODX. One thing I have learned is; if a director sells on the up and there is lots of good news then SELL yourself! It was claimed this was a coincidence but looking back I am not so sure. So keep an eye on director sells here as we only have a product and no sales or confirmed contracts yet.
My personal opinion is that this will get bought up if the product is good and the directors and seed investors will make a lot of money. We the PI's will do well but if somebody dangles several million in front of you then what would you do?
I would love for this to go to £10 but I think at £1.50 it will be sold to a bigger company.

Chinese ones that is. Omega still have to make a sale of any sort or even get an indication from the government. Nicola should be calling them out for not investing in Scottish companies. I did my research and this looked good based on Colins promises and updates. We were all blindsided and lost money. Personally, I am down but I have learned a lot for the future. I still hold here but as soon as I get even I will sell and get my DB7 and enjoy it. My average is 52p so it is possible I can get there. Good luck to the other holders.
