The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Childers - with so much going on anything could happen. Let’s see what gems the upcoming financial update will provide.
This issue has been going on for years.
The KID is available on the MTR website.
MTR should sort this out, nobody else. If this is a blocker preventing investors investing you would if you owned the business get resolved.
If a large tranche of investors can’t invest no point in paying fees to be on the London Stock Exchange.
The majority of new investors want to invest with the click of a few buttons. They will not mess around jumping hurdles.

The NSR assets are worth more than the current MCAP.
It’s not surprising the market is beginning to take notice of MTR.
I believe the share buyback failed.
It wasn’t working, Metal Tiger therefore stopped before acquiring the full £2m
Note the RNS specifically mentions MTR have.
1. 2% uncapped Net Smelter Royalty
2. No buyout provision
Royalty stream is clearly significant part of Metal Tiger Growth strategy.
Looking like T4 going to be bigger than T3 where MTR have a Net Smelter Royalty capped at £2m.
MTR have never highlighted before that no buyout provision.

First Equity recommendation this morning is buy Arkle.
Points out for example:
1. Highly advantageous JV terms Arkle has in joint venture
2. Arkle has rights to sell percentage of any metal produced. This is an asset that can be sold on.
3. Zinc at shallower depth than Glencore area.
4. Significance of Glencore investment in Group Eleven.
You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to realise when you read the recommendation that belief is Glencore interest/action isn’t finished yet.
Arkle share price moving up is no surprise.
1. Options issued now for a reason. BOD ensuring they benefit from intending uplift. Would you normally announce options directly after a placing? Rushed out?
2. Several interested parties in Stonepark asset. Listen to the interview.
3. Business can’t say more as 1 or more NDA’s in place?
4. Funding secured - great negotiating ploy also puts a timeframe on negotiations.
5. Funding shows will not take a lowball offer as have access to funds to continue alone.
6. Huge volume last few days - share has traction
7. Expecting a TR1 - will it be Glencore?
8. Look at the gold assets - market hasn’t focused on these yet. Have funding. How much more funding will have to maximise asset value if/when Stonepark deal materialises?
Sitting in the sun with a coffee waiting for sp to rerate.
Few trades above 1.8p. It’s looking good for a change!
MTR are an investment company. Whatever happens they will not have more than 19.99% of Arkle.
The fact they have sold c50% of their investment last week is a clear indication that they are not going to go to 19.99%.
MTR will not become owners of the majority of shares in Arkle.
Have MTR sold because they weren’t given the opportunity to take part in the placing?
If Glencore negotiating with ARK what better way to show you aren’t waiting for negations to conclude by raising more funds to explore Stonepark!
CEO of MTR used to have a place on the BOD of ARK. Doesn’t now. MTR still have C50% of their share holding and c9.6m of warrants With have kicking in at 1.8p.
No longer being on the BOD are MTR aware of what happening with regard to Glencore?
This is a hold Share and wait For the fireworks.

Loving this share. BOD are setting up the business for the future. When not if the sp will move North.
