Hi Bearded Dragon, i have had contact with LSE about this. Its because Faron are using the MFN datasource to publish their announcments rather than

RNS and it appears LSE arent connected to that service so can't pick them up. If you searcg "FARN" on here you can see the source i am referring to:

How the board of directors can think it’s in the best interest of shareholders for MB to stay at the helm is beyond me. As non-exec director myself I really think that the board are unsuitable as they clearly aren’t holding him to account which is their primary job. Shocking

Agreed as if there was internal information regarding them being close to closing a deal they wouldn’t be allowed to buy. But it’s still very positive!

I’m with you on that Sax, it would be a tough pill to swallow if we go it alone for P3 but future me would be happy they did it! How long do you think it would be until a significant inflection point for shareholder value if did go P3 alone. 2-3 years right?

Its possible the ones they sold were to cover costs, taxes or perhaps seed the foundation with some cash to get it started

Expecting an announcement tomorrow including the embargoed data being presented at ASCO. I believe it start at 1pm CDT.m

Yes P2 data is released however it will continue to generate further data.

Most of the P2 data has been embargoed as there is a very prestigous conference in Chicago on Friday that they want to keep it for, so I guess we expect a fairly complex detailed RNS Friday morning with a lot of technical detail.

Beyond that I believe we are waiting on FDA approval for P3 and the big one that everyone is hanging on for which is the partnering deal or funding arrangements for P3 (or as some are speculating a buyout!)

Yes on Investegate you can see the data source changed from RNS to MFN back in March. The best way is to just sign up for the alerts direct on the Faron website and then all the releases whether MFN or RNS come straight to your mailbox.
