Just sold a chunk of my rights issue shares so I can bed and ISA them but quite frustrated with HL I have to wait for 24hrs for the cash to be available for me to transfer across internal accounts. Is this the case with other providers?

All the info you need is in the RNS and in the rights issue section of the webpage, there is a table called "important dates", its all very clear.

As someone else mentioned each broker will slightly change the timeline to give themselves sufficient time to submit your choices. For example for HL you need to have done everything by midday uk time on Friday if i remember correctly. It should be in the comms from your broker

Which is what you would expect given the the success of the rights issue is guaranteed as its been underwritten by some large shareholders. There is effectively no risk so the premium has gone to 0

Darkryder, its 0.5 euros, so you need to compare in like for like currency

Anyone heard anything from Hargreaves Lansdown yet regarding rights?

When this was announced, the market price was higher and there was a discount . Market dynamics are such that the prevailing price will tend to the placing or rights issue price once it’s announced. This will tick up when it’s completed which is a certainty as there is a backstop by large investor to take up any shortfall
