Ive emailed them as well. i did submit it as a question in the webinar yesterday but im pretty the majority of the q&a was scripted as is often the case with corporate presentations!

There has not yet been an official announcement made to us for a rights issue.

If we have further information we will write to you.”

So I directed them to the announcement so we’ll see if they pick it up

Am I right that the window for paying for our allocations is 17th March to 2nd April? Shame they couldn’t extend that to the 6th April to let us use our new isa allowances

Thanks for the advice guys, i will indeed speak to HL. Perhaps Juho will be good enough to give us until the new ISA years begins to take up our rights! I might ask that as a question in the EGM. It’s the least he could do given the recent sp debacle

All mine and my wife’s Faron shares are in our ISAs. Which are currently maxed out for this year. Does anyone know if that means we will have to take our rights up in an account with CGT exposure? Thanks

I am surprised that we haven't seen a TR1 saying that these Big Pharma that according to Juho love the plan so much arent buying equity at such a price! Does anyone have an idea why they wouldnt be doing that if they really are as interested as we are being told?

I have emailed the fca whistle blowing line around the Dekkers transaction. I think it is outrageous that he thinks he can exit his position before informing the market when he clearly knew this was going to happen. I would urge you to do the same as well. Here is the mail:

Thanks for posting that. Not surprising they are on going, this is not a straight forward financing agreement they are making. I would also like them to respond regarding the CFO selling stock as that just makes no sense to me
