Up news after work. Never saw this today.....EasyJet is also considering making a bid for rival Flybe, which recently put itself up for sale, according to the Financial Times.

It would be good if Stobart, BA, Easy Jet, Ryan air started to position themselves by buying just under 3% each before they showed there hand with an offer.....like someone said it can’t be long and likely to be one day this week when a bid is made....

Someone is picking up a potential bargain here....ride the Brexit wave for 12 months, re-structure to maximise profits and the valuable slots will grow.....oil is much lower than 6 months ago.....its all looking good in the medium term for who ever buys us out. Short term its about getting the best price we can while cutting costs.....all these sells this week have pushed the price down. One sniff of a buyer at over 12p and as other bids come in the SP will increase

the one we want with the first bid will come soon enough. We just have to put up with the trolls until then!

Shares in Flybe soared 26 percent on Thursday on the news to 43.5 pence by 1541 GMT, valuing the carrier at almost 105 million pounds.....£20m now,,,,,sale price how much as no liquidity issues so buyers name your price.....

IPO was at 295p in 2014......30 times current price and we have cash, assets more than debt, valuable flying routes.....

Uses our computer system and Flybe colours on its own little airline. Another airline might want our runway slots as BA has been tipped as wanting our Heathrow slots. Our planes are worth more than our debt. Keep calm all the figures stack up and no short term pressure since the profit announcement and extra £5m from the sale and rent back....

So we will know more then!

I agree the FT article shows the promising future of Flybe under a different owner. Lots of value to be released here.....let it begin....we have cash inc the £5m from last week to keep going for a few months until we are sold! Looking forward to next week....
