More assets then debts, valuable new routes planned for 2019, existing valuable slots at airports, profitable airline for the recent reported period, £8m ish raised in the past week for cash flow purposes, black Friday sale to sell those early seats to boost the coffers. Soon I will need 1 side of A4 about all the good things happening......

Someone bought £141,000 At 9.88....this week Standard Life increasing their position up to 5% is with possibly more to go.....some holders coming out of big positions to cut their losses. Some new holders taking big positions to make big money. I think flybe is going to deliver an amazing present to us holders.....the share price will break out north very soon....

Cornwall Newquay Airport has received a huge pre-Christmas present with the news that Flybe will launch direct daily services to London Heathrow from March 31, 2019.

The airport has been seeking a non-stop connection to Heathrow for years, although its gain is Gatwick's loss as it will effectively replace Flybe's current service to the capital operated under a Public Service Obligation (PSO) agreement.

From March 31, 2019, Flybe will operate 78-seat Q400s on the route four times a day between Cornwall Newquay Airport (CAN) and the UK hub.

“This is fantastic news for the airport, region and the greater South West of the UK,” comments Al Titterington, managing director of Cornwall Airport Newquay.

“We have been working for many years to make sure that we have direct access to Europe’s busiest hub, and with this new service it opens not just a connection to the UK’s leading gateway, but also the world.

“By having direct flights to Heathrow, it grows the strength of Newquay and Cornwall’s brand abroad, which is great for the local business community and those wanting to visit our beautiful county.”

Titterington goes on: “During the first eight months of 2018, over 119,000 passengers flew between Cornwall Newquay and Gatwick, a 12.8% increase over the same period of 2017.

“While the Gatwick service will switch to Heathrow, the increased demand shows that CAN needs more services to the capital, and with Flybe offering up to four daily flights to Heathrow, up from three at the moment to Gatwick, we will be giving passengers an extra nine weekly departures to choose from.”

Flybe flights will operate into Terminal 2, Heathrow’s premier and newest facility.

£8m raised in CASH in the past week. All these funds are to bolster its finances ahead of a potential sale. POO on the way down and still low......

I agree tiny mcap for all the planes, routes, slots etc etc etc The only way is up from here which is why I have bought more in the past few weeks ready for the increase in SP which wont be far away with everything thats going on behind the scenes.

IPO was at 295p in 2014......30 times current price and we are profitable in recent quarter with assets worth more than debt. We are in a good position with the extra £5million and £5m dollars in the past week to fund us to re structure or sell....roll on the bids.....it cant be long now as an RNS every few days of interest

Have not said anything yet but Easy Jet and RA have come out and made comments about flybe. Flybe has a third of the slots at Birmingham, 19% of those at Manchester, 18% at Edinburgh - where Ryanair has been building a presence to the detriment of its exposure to Glasgow — and 2% of landing area at Amsterdam.

As we are up for sale I’m expecting at least one bid even if it is a cheeky bid to get us started. Our mcap is 20m yet we raised £8m in cash in the past week from the sale and rent back of the building and airplane lease. The market will catch up soon and everyday we don’t receive a bid is one day further in the restructure which should yield positive results so it’s a win win.

One day and when it does this will bounce hard on a positive newflow. All the rumours are muted due to big institutional sellers but once they end the rise is on

= 10....I never said pound or dollar but combined they give enough working capital to allow a restructure or sale.....

In past week....I’m sure this is going to rise hard and fast soon....

RNS can come at any time not just at 7am, They have to alert the market on any news that can influence the company or the sp. Eyes peeled for the first bid. Let the bidding way begin. If a pension fund has bought in for long term gains you can’t get better than that...

Yes, they can’t keep it down much longer if a bid comes in and a bid can come anytime

You say 70p isn’t going to happen but we could get close. Look at some of the posts that describe in detail what we offer to a potential buyer and that is clearly tens of millions but not hundreds. 70p would be an mcap of £140m but we did have an initial IPO at over £2 back in the day! I think Brexit works to an advantage in that most of our routes are within the UK compared to other potential bidders like easy jet, ryan air that are UK to Europe

Big swings most days, should be an upward trend starting tomorrow!
