I dont they would be mad enough to quote a billion dollar company as the purchaser if they are not. So i expect either the company to release something next week to say never heard of us (CTAG) or an email to come through. There is no going back from this if Tyco International releases a statement and im sure the legal action against the company will go into overdrive if it does. This is the last chance to get our money back. Its next week or never!

When it delisted what was the share price as the recent RNS says 3.75p fundraise so it must have been somewhere about that. I can’t believe we are getting 27p a share now after sale! What’s your thoughts?

Free float. One day this share is going to move back above 100p without even trying hard. Probably early next year now -

For more drilling to firm up, expand the resources etc to facilitate a sale in part or full in 2023 ? I think not …to keep the lights on yes but with wider market turbulence and gold price at current levels more drilling needed. Hopefully the deal will have gone through today to get the cash we need for a bit more drilling

RNS due today or Monday about whether the sale has gone through or extra time needed or whether it’s fallen through and the company has no cash left! This is ripe for a takeover over Q2 2023 once drilling firmed up a bit more

See my earlier posts where I said the time frame was too short to find a buyer. Next key date is the 21st...if the sale doesnt conclude on the 21st then LND will need cash to keep on drilling and to find a buyer into 2023. What a mess,,,,,originally bought in last year so hugely disappointed in how things have progressed in the last 12 months when this company is ooozzzzing potential

If the sale goes through and we get circa £1m then that buys some time for a JV or a buyer to do due diligence. It doesn’t buy more drilling unfortunately so the company needs to tell us what’s happening as I agree with a previous poster that lack of news tend to mean bad news

Make me nervous. EML nearly back at year lows nearly 1 year to the day since the previous last year low. HZM just issued tens of millions of pounds of share at a discount to help fund the mine. We are still waiting for environmental permit here which could it be this year or early next year? World market turbulence knocking all shares including this one

Comms need to improve in this company we have lots to talk about with all the gold and metals and what the plans are….see my previous posts about why I didn’t think a deal would happen just need to wait until it does in 2023!

No prospective buyers at this stage or things are moving more slowly than anticipated hence further raise needed to take us into drilling and costa for next year? With the confirmed Oz plus minerals we have a significant re rate is due but I doubt PRIM are lucky enough to invest and get a return of multiple hundred percent in a matter of months? Do you?

Regardless of what they find or the fact they have a billion dollar JV partner to fund it all to mine ready status the so called ‘market’ seems to mark it down…..jeezzzzzz financially we are in a great position

Good assay results on its way then! Wouldn’t be surprised if the results drop tomorrow now these shares are confirmed! Cynical I know!

Normally takes around 6 weeks to get a result from the lab and it’s 6 weeks from next week so expecting results then! Can’t wait to see how much gold there is as that will kick start this share into action and back towards 40p where it should be for fully funded drills
