Results due in early May and this share has struggled to gain traction in 2022. As we enter the 5th month of the year it’s clear that we won’t stay at these levels for much longer with the amount of goal and minerals that we have. This could move quick once results and PR is released

Ridiculous

States Demir spent 9 months on due diligence before aggreing to the JV deal first signed at xmas. A billion dollar mining giant does not sign a JV agreement with a tiny 12m mcap company at time of signing unless there is big returns

We have added hundreds of millions of pounds of confirmed gold resource plus the battery metals price in the ground has increased since the last placing so it won’t be long before we are in the 30s again

A hundred million dollar mining giant got gazumped by a billion dollar mining giant to become our JV partner on better terms. Still can’t understand why it’s only 15m Mcap but the re rate is inevitable as we move through the cycle of becoming mine ready (all fully funded by JV partner) even if just for 500k Oz which no one believes is the extent of what we have otherwise they would just buy us out when we was about a 9m Mcap

Looks like the next year or so high gold prices will remain. A great time to be gold explorer especially if you already have 1.5oz with the prospect of getting into the 2-3m Oz zone like we have. Impossible for a company like LND with gold, metals and hopefully big Lithium deposit to stay under 30m Mcap when in a safe jurisdiction with good transport links. We are still near yr lows so the only way is up imo!

The more warrants I see cashed the happier I am as the chance of a placing this year reduces with each cash payment in. Fully cashed up at the moment and can see us being up for sale for certain parts of the business in the next 6 months

Raised in past 5 months from warrants and that other business payment to us at Xmas. Hence no prospect of a placing and gold news update due in May and Lithium exploration to begin. I’ve got a feeling there is something bubbling under the surface here as we are at near record prices for all the gold and metals we have which are worth billions once mined and that’s just the confirmed amounts so far without further drilling and exploration

Of any other small AIM companies like us that have a JV with a billion dollar company that is at exploration (now all fully funded to mine ready status) stage and what is there m cap? We could be unique? What I do know is that we are at the bottom of the valuation scale and our SP will start to increase to a new year high before drilling results are known and if results show decent gold results as expected we could head towards the 70p mark which is not even 30m Mcap with over 500m worth of gold profits of which we are entitled to 100s of millions of profits. That’s based on a production cost of $900 an Oz and todays price is over $1900

To be fair to DS the millions of Oz potential that is quoted in recent interviews seems to be going up and up. We have 500k Oz confirmed, the Prof said likely 1-2million Oz, then it jumped 8 million Oz in another interview and the Sunday roast interview it jumped to a potential 20 million Oz….what will it be next week? Haha I’m happy with a more realistic POTENTIAL of 1-2 million Oz and the next drill results in a months ish time will give us an indication of this. I wonder if Demir have separate lab facilities to use to check the samples etc as this would speed things up

We need an interview with LND to found out what’s in their minds

Shame about the delayed gold drilling but the battery metals drilling is a huge positive and will increase the SP as we increase the amount we have…no mention of a sale YET but this company is only going to get more valuable as time progresses

All good here as we move to a more realistic mcap. £15m mcap for a JV with a $5b dollar mining giant - naahhhhh. £20mcap is fair and my first target IMO - we will see...

Come on ….is it more drilling or a sale? SP reflects nothing of the value we have lying in The ground. Gold alone is worth a conservative SP of 80p in the ground plus metals plus potential for expansion of both metal and gold resource numbers…

It depends on your risk appetite. You will miss out on a big jump if and when the diamond mine is granted but no guarantee and im not sure if they will need to place afterwards. It’s virtually no risk to buy in cgnr for the next month as we are well funded due to the recent JV with a billion dollar company. If the next drill results are not great in cgnr then that’s the risk but I think the JV partners are happy via there due diligence to believe there is millions of Oz within these licenses as I doubt they would bother for the current 500k JORC of golf we already have. A billion dollar can pick and choose and don’t get involved in small fry as it’s not worth there time. What they are interested in is big returns which is why I believe cgnr is a million plus Oz company and things will start to unravel after the drill results due after the April drilling

Ive been watching it for the past few months since someone highlighted it here but I cant see it moving until permit approved which could be anytime in the next year - on my watchlist....cgnr is the one thats about to move with drilling starting this month and the SP moving to a more realisttic price
