Some tried to talk it down but this morning but EGM happening in half and hour and expecting RNS PM with an update

Just checked 11th of August 2022 for the £1 warrants deadline to be cashed in

Needs to be 50p by year end to trigger the £1 warrants which have a dead line of 12 months

One of the 2 biggest milestones in the companies 15 year history about to be agreed at the EGM. More details on the definitive agreement to be RNSd before or after the EGM. Exciting times

Yes I think so they could be arriving at the hotel now to sign that agreement before the EGM gives shareholder approval. We wait for the next RNS due today!

Was hoping for a great run this final week after the RNS which didn’t come .....but not to be....looks like waiting till Jan now...oh well....2022 will be the defining year for 2022 and should be the year they complete on selling the gold for 75p to 100p (depending on MRE) to concentrate on getting enhanced value for the metals which could be worth the same again or more depending on how drilling and work they do before selling but from the current 26p to 100p in 12 months and 200p in 24 months it’s all about patience. Signature before 12 noon Wednesday or an RNS to update us on when it’s coming. 15 hours to go and I’ll be asleep for most of that!

Is the EGM for shareholders to agree to the JV deal. Personally I’m waiting for an intra day RNS to say it’s signed BEFORE 12 noon Weds as the previous RNS says it should be signed before the EGM. Are KOR planning on attending the EGM to meet shareholders in which case the agreement will be signed tomorrow or Weds AM.

Ten bags in a year seems a big stretch......18months to 2 years if we hit millions of gold Oz as predicted by the Professor after a fully funded intensive drilling campaign. Can’t wait for more details on this...

Can’t see them releasing news after Xmas in Dec so expecting news this week on drilling and MRE

Biggest week for cgnr since the company started 15 years ago....EGM called for Wednesday with the definitive agreement to be signed before then....does that mean Monday, Tuesday or 5 minutes before 12 noon on Wednesday when the EGM takes place? Tik tock but I can’t see it being Monday unless it was signed over the weekend or it will be an intra day RNS....eyes peeled

If he cant covert them to shares until May then we are due the MRE and drilling results in the next few weeks so we will be much higher than the current SP and we might even have the for sale sign up by then!

Our Mcap is tiny and due a massive re rate in the next 4 working days conditional upon 1) the definitive agreement being signed with the billion dollar JV partner and 2) shareholders giving the ok for this JV to go ahead at the EGM next Weds at 12 noon. As the definitive agreement is expected to being signed before Weds what people’s SP/Mcap prediction for 1) when def agreement signed and 2) when shareholders give a thumbs up

Its been a long time since any updates since we got the ML. We need to get this financing sorted quickly as no news is just cash burn. Thankfully not that high like some other companies
