Im only in profit a bit after averaging up to 45p over the past 12 months or so. Once we get to 50p ill have a nice amount of paper profit!

I was a holder before the JV announced with AAZ so its been a long and bumpy ride and I averaged up a lot when the AAZ JV was on the cards. Im back in profit now and looking for 50p by the end of the year so the warrants can be cashed in and CGNR can be cashed up. 50p by year end releases 100p superwarrants which I expect to take taken out in Q1.....happy days here

release the drilling results and increased MRE on the same day?

Some decent director buys this week would be like pouring petrol on a BBQ! Get your cash out people you have waited up to 15 years for this momenet depending on when you started!

As per RNS The definitive agreement is expected to be entered into by both parties prior to the EGM (on the 22nd of Dec) and would become unconditional upon satisfaction of the outstanding conditions. Then the EGM on the 22nd for shareholders to agree! Year high income and possibly 50p plus so that they can get those warrants cashed in for more cash. Id be buying shares if I was a Director or connected to the company once the above 2 catalysts are in play so I wouldnt rule out 50p plus by end of year!

In 12 working days we get £1m cash and £5.5m will be spent on developing the gold resource. Current mcap £11m. BIG re rate coming here and don’t rule out those 50p warrants getting cashed in by the end of the year. Once this new variant is deemed no serious threat we will be on for a late Santa rally which should be next week!

EGM needed for shareholder approval as JV cannot happen without it. Only a few weeks to go after over a year of negotiations with 2 companies. Happy Monday!

Which RNS says 50p warrants to be exercised by end of year to get the 100p warrant...I agree they will want to cash these in at 50p or lose them!

Expire August 2022 so 8 months away for a multi bagger if the SP can stay that low until then. Q1 2022 I can see it hitting 100p if the drilling results show lots more gold as expected

Hope so as it normally provides a boost over the following days. Tiny free float here and less than 3 weeks to the wet signature. If it doesnt do 50% then then we just need to wait for the re-rate in Q1. This AIM is terrible this year as normally a £10m mcap about to sign a JV with a $5b company would lead to 100-200% increases. Ahhhhh the good old days pre covid (except COVID stocks which had a great time last year but since then nothing of interest at all!)

A £10m mcap gold minnow is about to sign a JV with a $5 billion company in 19 days and that warrants a 20% rise only...AIM is truely suffering with lack of volume and liquidity. Once this gets signed on the 22nd that we should see a sensible rise in Q1

Is this because there are no sellers as over £100k more buys then sells so MMs trying to put the brakes on what should have been a 50% plus day today ....we will break the year highs soon enough

See a company at £11m mcap still that has signed the JV deal that we have? No...me neither.....just watch this re-rate over the next few months once this COVID variant has passed and the deal is formalised at the EGM....the value will show itsself in the SP over the next few months

£50,000 more buys then sells (see my post yesterday)...what more do the MMs want to let this go?

14th of October had under 3% left to sell so thats £870,000 of shares which was 29 days ago. Thats £30,000 of sales on average a day. The next news will finish the seller off it is not already done. £50,000 more buys then sells today for example. Cant wait for the next news.....santa rally coming

Drilling and new MRE due in Q4. Expecting drilling results this week and MRE early December which is not far away. AIM needs a Q4 winner with a big re-rate. It will be us if the drilling show plenty of gold like the other drills and the MRE is updated with an increase in resource

Im not expecting a 500k upgrade to the MRE due before Xmas. Any upgrade is good for me and at 6.6p increase in share value for gold in the ground I will look forward to an increase in share price from the current level in the next 6 weeks. Might even top slice my holding and get some extra presents!
