Full year results 2018 13 March 2019
Ex-dividend date for 2018 final dividend 11 April 2019
SP low rating all due to the PRA review
looks to me it may need a right issue to bolster the capital ratio
Thanks for the info still not entirely clear what is meant by "Surplus" Improvement in aggregate pensions surplus to 317.0m
Can someone explain why we still make extra pension contribution if the scheme is in surplus! Quote from the results Improvement in aggregate pensions surplus to 317.0m Future pension cash payments schedule 2018/19 2019/20 2020/21 2021/22 2022/23 Deficit contributions 35 37 38 38 38
I've not heard any more bad news! Has the production/fire issue sorted?
Any possible reason for a 7% SP fall
Is there any value in owning 49% stake in Horvis??
How this possible in the space of 6 weeks ??? They must have known the issue ?? In its interim results announcement on 4 October 2017, the Company stated that order intake was growing ahead of last year and on an improving trend in the run-up to the key autumn selling period. Since that announcement, momentum in order intake has not been sustained and Brand sales in the UK, excluding Clarke & Clarke, have weakened significantly against management's expectations. The Company is more than half way through the key autumn selling period and, owing to the disappointing UK Brand sales and knock-on effect on manufacturing, the Board now expects that profits for the year ending 31 January 2018 are likely to be approximately 10 per cent lower than its expectations.
same here bottom fishing... Recently as Dec 2016 ALM was able to raise 60M at price about 465p; can't fall much more !!!
Question is: who buying the 2.5M shares being sold by Invesco..
bought at 170 ; looks to me over sold....
On the face of the results look good can't see why the SP being hammered. There must be some negative in the results, I can't see it! Now down by 14%
sorry, I meant to say like you I didn't see much optimism either in reading the annual report
I fail to see the optimism in reading the annual report but: Liberum Capital currently has a GBX 80.00 target price per share on the 21.38M GBP market cap company or 315.58% upside potential. In analysts report published on Wednesday morning, Johnston Press PLC (LON:JPR) stock had its Buy Rating reconfirmed by investment analysts at Liberum Capital.
Bought a large chunk today; hoping for good news tomorrow.
I guess no news until the Final Results is out on 29-Mar-2017 I hope to here some news like how " i " is progressing and progress in winning any more print business. Also how the sale of some the regional tiles are progressing.
