The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
I'm expecting at least 1.4p in dividends
From last years results divi cover was 12, expecting progressive divi payments going forward.
Complete shock to learn that Reach will be demoted from ftse250 on 21st march
Real suprise after a decent set of results
I guess SP will move down until next update
Peel Hunt was down 16%. The corporate broker and investment bank issued a profit warning, saying concerns pertaining to inflation and interest rates, as well as global geopolitical tensions, dented market conditions and investor sentiment.
As such, Peel Hunt said it has seen a number of deals delayed and capital markets activity early in 2022 has been "particularly challenging". Peel Hunt expects annual revenue to be marginally below bottom of previous guided range and earnings will be "commensurately lower than current market expectations".
Don't blame PH for the consolidation as this was a strategic decision by BOD
I know, we are all waiting for the phase 1 report.
what I like to know is:
will there be phase 2 and phase 3 trails before it becomes a real medicine that can be used.
SP has no relevance in listing in UK or USA
example is Lloyds Bank trades at approx 52p and in USA it trades at 2.85 dollars
what is same is MC
for listing in NASDAQ what might change is regulatory requirement like listing in Main LSE, which won't please the HNWI as they will loose the tax advantage!
Most definitely the reason there is no potential bid premium is due to Nissin 20% stake.
Simply Wall St’s come value for Premier Foods is arrived at by discounting future cash flows to their present value using the 2 stage method at 276p
This might sound over optimistic but I believe the true value is some where between 119p and 276p
If there was a bid it will be closer to 276p which is why I'm still sticking around, also the prospect of dividend growth is a bonus.
PFD is not for Unilever, they are backing out of tea etc...
Having said that there are plenty of other big food company which will be looking at PFD, especially now that profit guidance will be better than last year.
I also think dividend will be increased above consensus which only propel the SP forward
Also expecting better news on pension liabilities.
onwards and upwards :)
Trading Announcement 20 January 2022
Seawolf, don't feel sorry for HNWI
last lot bought at 5p, in reality they got it at 3.5 or less, as they will have accounts it will be less than 3.5p
Only draw back for them is that they will have to hold it for 2 years to qualify for the discounted rate.

disappointed with no interim div
expected more !!
3cardbrag, I agree totally.
I'm expecting the first interim div since 2008 !!
As long there is an interim div SP will rise, even if its not great news (I think!).
I think only way the shares will move up is if PFD announces interim dividend.
Last time that happened was august 2006, fingers crossed.
