On 90 dollars a ton revenue. I can see a possible gross margin of 30 dollars. How do you get to 50 or more as gotreal says?

I can't shuvlin because I don't see how these figures are arrived at and no-one can show how they are.

Sorry first 6 months of this year. Mikie says it has improved to 23 dollars still a long way off.

Last 6 months revenue per ton 90 dollars costs 73 dollars. I am not seeing those sort of figures enlighten me.

Ok gotreal I like a few figures assuming next year we hit 2 mill tonnes of chrome, 800k is toll processing assume 10 dollars a ton (could be more could be less). 8 million dollars gross.

We would need a margin of around 77 dollars a ton to bring us in at 50 dollars a ton average. Doable you think?

Also we make very little on pgms at the moment 126 dollars, 40k is only 5 mill gross margin plus a little for any uplift in price less any for increased costs.

By the way Mikie the electronic components for Roan have been declared the world Hide and Seek champions as they have been in hiding all year so far and no-one can find them.

I am struggling to see where 2 million tonnes of chrome brings in 100 million dollars gross profit. That would suggest a gross margin of 50 dollars per ton.

The first 6 months of this year the gross margin for chrome was 17 dollars that is a big jump to 50 dollars and yes I know there has been increased chrome that is not at a toll margin.

I would guess (yes gotreal a guess as you have to with JLP figures) we would do well to hit between 30 to 40 dollars.

By the way I was right with my last guess that roan would be delayed and we wouldn't hit the copper target for this year never had a chance really on JLP's past performance on copper so it wasn't that hard to be right.

Oh well another 6 weeks to wait for the ever elusive copper to materialise.

Anyone care to elaborate how a gross margin of 50 dollars is achieved considering 40% is toll margin damned if I know.

What about Draslovka and the gly-leach process haven't seen anything about this recently?

Copper has been nothing short of a disaster IRH deal slightly delayed. Roan upgrade still on track for end of April after initial delay. Not much produced in first 6 months as expected any more delays and target will be missed. Hope they haven't run out of paint.

Make or break Copper upgrades getting closer then hopefully better finances. It's all about the numbers now fingers crossed.

Read it the first time saying you will do 600 tons a month and doing it are two different things add into that what will the profit margin be? I live in hope. Wonder what the next excuse for a delay is.

I will try the SA company they have sourced to make the electrical component have failed to manufacture it or it failed quality tests. Might be cheaper and more cost effective to fly some in from China then source some in SA.

Surely they knew about this electrical component delay months ago. When does the new 9 weeks delay start from today so April before it arrives to start Roan up highly unlikely Copper target will be hit for this year which I "guessed" at gotreal weeks ago.

Meanwhile when are JLP going to announce Roan has hit its targets for production of Copper should be close now.

Most assuming we will get 1.5% Copper on average out of this no-one knows what we will get until they start actually producing the stuff. We wont know what we are likely to get out of it until the first module is running at full capacity which should be hitting that around the end of January so unless they put out an RNS separate from the Feb quarterlies we are unlikely to properly know until after a few months of it running. Then we will have an idea how good the new deal really is. Until then fingers crossed.

Copper strategy has been a disaster. Gotreal 120p maybe if they do a 20 times consolidation only way that price will ever be seen. Desperate placing at 5.5p they have no cash who lies now? Gotreal or Bushy?

Only way it could be financed Bushy. Unless they dilute again. JLP don't generate the cash and obviously don't have access to the finance without giving 70% away.

Not the worse deal in the world as long as JLP can make it work and produce the copper they are claiming they can get out of it. Proof will be in the figures when they start producing to see what they actually get so I won't be dancing on the rooftops like some until then.

Everopeful, how I read it the modules cost $5-$6.5 mill each with costs being towards the lower end if they do all 4 at once plus $30 for rights total $50-$56 mill.

You have to guess because they don't tell us communication has been rubbished many have complained about it but they are trying to improve it hopefully they will.

Looking back I think they tried to put larger rocks through the process to increase the grades of the tailings and damaged the equipment when it didn't work but it is just a guess.

If Glyleach has been around for so long why didn't they try this first if it is so good? Or have they just improved the technology in the last 2 years?
