Not conflating anything. Professional football where attendances particularly in the premier league is pretty much maxed out which is the bread and butter of football which feeds down into all the lower leagues hardly a diminishing force in popularity as you claimed. Maybe grass roots football is suffering in participation numbers but attendances throughout the game are still very healthy.

By the way I never mentioned grass roots football and neither did you and you never mentioned a comparison to 40 years ago either stop changing the narrative to suit your argument.

Not too sure about that in the premier league asi with many games a sell out and teams expanding their stadiums for example Leeds United sell out every game with 26000 on the waiting list for season tickets. They are increasing capacity from 38000 to 53000 which won't even accommodate existing demand even in the championship they sold out every game. Considering the amount of premier league games televised attendances hold up rather well.

In the premier league stadiums range from 91% to 99.9% full every game with a number of clubs expanding capacity. The discrepancy tends to be how many away fans travel. Even out side the premier league attendances are bearing up. Even the number of non-league clubs with attendances above 1000 have increased.

However if you are referring to the world cup potential attendances this year then I suspect the extortionate ticket pricing may have something to do with lack of attendance. I know a few who travel to world cups aren't going this time because of the ticket prices.

To be fair asi the banks have pushed for online banking and encouraged people away from branch banking so they have played their part in that role. I remember a few years ago now my wife went into the bank to draw some money out and the teller told her to go outside and use the ATM machine, She refused and told the teller the more people who do that then you will lose your job. That branch is now closed.

Personally STP I think it isn't a good thing they are disappearing at the rate they are.

My wife for example banks online and has had a new card sent to her the old one expired. A pin number was supposed to follow on within 7 days. It failed to arrive. I went online and requested a pin reminder letter two weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. Phoned the bank and it was like pulling teeth to get anything out of them apart from go online and request a pin reminder which I told them I had already done she is still no nearer receiving a new pin and her old card has now expired so she is unable to use her credit card as it stands now (not a bad thing for me lol). We were told someone would get back to us on Tuesday but no-one did. However had we have had a high street bank we could have gone in and sorted it face to face. Online banking is fine until something goes wrong then it can become a problem.

Maybe it would have been better if they were allowed to apply common sense to situations instead of being dictated to by flawed policies that suit certain agendas. The islamophobia one will cause problems next as it allows for Islam to be criticised but it is only a matter of time before police once again misinterpret it and wrongly arrest people just as they have over free speech.

I looked at Farage's speech and don't see anywhere he is calling for people to rise up and attack the police or any authorities. Do you not think some will feel angry, upset by scenes where the police prioritised a raycist accusation on a white boy over the fact he had been stabbed which resulted in his death. Where he said 9 times he couldn't breathe and then was handcuffed sad times we live in.

Some may find his words offensive like you some will find them relative to what has and is happening in our country up to individuals to decide.

Where the left complain about the right for causing division they also need to look at themselves for the division they themselves create. Both sides are equally culpable.

Had the social services and police believed the girls in in the asian grooming gangs scandal and supported them instead of turning a blind eye for being afraid of being called raycist then maybe it would have been stopped earlier. It is still going on at scale even the mayor of London denies it in London but it is there as well as Manchester, Bradford, Midlands etc bit like county line drugs as many of the girls were shipped across county lines with perpetrators being flown in to "join in" from certain countries. I expect this post to be deleted as certain people particular in government (where's the inquiry they didn't want) don't want to hear it. It is a national scandal and governments both Tory and Labour should be ashamed of themselves for not rooting this. out. I would have a government select committee with powers to bring people to give evidence with the potential for prosecution. If it was possible I would bring Maggie Oliver in as chair of the committee no one knows more about the abuse and corruption within the authorities than her.

Hello I'm back nothing much changed here since I have been away. The US still haven't surrendered to Iran. Labour still in disarray, energy prices still going up good job we have net zero shielding us from it lol

Lloyds showing remarkable resilience though. EES gates in Tenerife no problem worse ones getting back in here only 5 gates and 2 weren't working but there were 7 border guards sat in booths doing nothing whilst the queue piled up. Harder to get back in the country with a passport than it is without one. Thinking of buying a dinghy for Xmas park it in France and sail it in with our new friends should get through customs in a blink of an eye:)

Is Suleyman the guy that was investigated by a law firm following staff complaints on his management style. He left the company under a cloud of bullying and harassments accusations and later apologised for his actions maybe he did intentionally scare and threaten people who worked for him:)

I would advise you not to put too much personal information on a discussion board asi where you can be identified fine to tell stories about what you have done etc but best to stay anonymous:)
