Same here MM. I contacted my broker and they said I can send my 6 NO resolutions to them and they will sort on my behalf. Let's just hope enough of us make the effort to do this . I think a fresh blood could really shake things up and hopefully rescue the SP.

So for those wanting to vote. In my case I use BestInvest for trading. I have contacted them and I just need to provide some basic information and my vote for each resolution and they will pass it to their custodian on my behalf. Fairly straightforward.

Thanks for the update Scheds. Hope all is well, in particular the isolation. COVID is horrible, even after catching it when I was double jabbed. As my luck goes with EUZ also applies to COVID, ended up missing a holiday and concerts. Roll on 2022 as 2021 has been "annus horribilis" as Her Maj would say.

Chrisp, I wouldn't say the board is negative. In fact the opposite, its the first time we seem to have some collaboration amongst posters for a long time. I think this is a good thing. We are getting focused and working together. Enough is enough and change needs to happen. No one wished the SP to fall beyond 10p BTW.

As a UK shareholder are people just using the attached proxy form? Would be good to get some ideas on how other UK holders are approaching this? Or do we use the Crest method. I have no idea!

Chrisp, surely new investors will look at the track record and not repeat the mistakes we have made? How many times can the cycle be repeated until PI's and II's stop investing. Surely it's not just a reputational risk but a financial one too. It's a pattern that's happened with other stocks who eventually become a cash shell for RTO.
